Finally seen this special. :D Thank you guys for putting it up in such superb quality!! :thumbsup2:

And I would like to complain about Mirage misleading me and telling me untrue promises about the RDMH performance - she had panties on!!!

 

I am so so glad they cut the greatest hits "medley". The songs choosen were exellen (even though I wouldn't miss Alone if it was excluded.)

 

The highlights were defenetly: River Deep Mountain High, The Prayer, Eyes On Me, Something and That's Just The Woman In Me. :wub:

 

Eyes On Me needs just a bit of further work until it's complete... still much better than the album version, but still a bit plain... but the groove is so nice, and the very needed base is so fine.

 

Something, wonderful song, wonderful performance... almost a little countryish sound. I was expecting a dramatic version a la Shirley Bassey's version, but this more acoutic version was very very fine too.

 

TJTWIM - I was quite sure Céline would never do this song live (at least not with all the other voice straining songs she always puts in her setlists) so I wasn't surprised nor disapointed, I am just happy this song gets attention. :thumbsup2: This needs to be shown to the general public. For the first time sine what seems forever Céline records a real high quality song, and it's a welcome change.

Yeah Celine was hot. I liked this TV special. It was just too short. Not enough questions from the audience. We didn't really see the concept behind it (like an Audience with...) The only thing I would have liked is for Celine to sing more songs from TC.

 

Some people complained about Celine's bad lipsynch at some point but while watching the high quality video, I noticed that Will.i.am was not so good. He had 3 words to say and he made mistakes. He completely missed a part at 3min52sec. And then he looked on the side and smiled... ;)

 

Some people also said that Celine was doing weird moves during Eyes On Me. But I find her moves were very basic but not weird. I kinda like the moves she does right at the beginning of the song (0:50) and at 2:50 sec. Am I the only one??? ;)
