hey guys.

I just have something to say. I know form someone in Celine's camp taht she is not going to vegas again. I know many won't beleive me since a can't reveal to much the only thing i can say is. CEline and Chicago. Have a tought for me when the non beleiver will hear these to names together

70 shows a year is better. But like what I said before, she should have one more world tour visiting all the countries for 2 years.

She's already toured much longer than she should've for more than a year, and you want her to tour again for two more years? Unbelievable.

Anyway, I wonder if we'll have a French and/or English album out before the start of Vegas. My guess is that we'll have an English one out right before the start of Vegas, then release a French one during Vegas, like they did with OH/1F&T.

i prefer an album in 2012 with a decent promotion, with singles, videos, tv and radio appearances

Whether she's in Vegas or not, she's not gonna promote the material, and Sony isn't gonna give a crap. The first Vegas run has put them both into a zone of no promotion.

I would argue that "A New Day Has Come" was the last album to have good promotion and everything after that received very poor promotion from Sony. Wait a second though, what else did that co-incide with? Oh yes, Vegas!!!! Hardly rocket science.

Even if the albums get no promotion, i'd still like her to release them. A studio album is something you can take in the car, put on your iPod, etc. You can't take a live performance and put it in your car :laugh: . Besides, if she stops recording and just does Vegas, she'll be even more mocked by the media as the "Vegas lady".

No, Celine is gonna have her own weekly segment on Oprah like Dr. Oz. It's to be entitled "A New (Fri)Day Has Come", and every Friday Celine will sing a new remix of LCMM and MHWGO to Oprah and the audience :clap: :clap:

If that is true and she never goes back to vegas, i'll be the happiest person in the world! that is the best thing i got to know today - that and the fact that a lady at a store didn't believe i was 26 and wanted me to show her my id to prove that i am over 18 :clap: it is so lovely to know one still looks young

What can I say, it'd be the stupidest move ever if she goes back to Vegas. This will be like THE official end of her career. As if it wasn't already harmful enough the first time.

I'm sorry guys, but being in Vegas, spitting out albums without any promotion on HER PERSONAL part, which means that she has to go to every show there is to promote a new album , created the huge "success" she is right now. Meaning, she's a legend, but that's about it. And I think she's a bit too young for that.

Sorry, I'm officially selling every single Celine item I have and denouncing her to MIMI (oh, yes ) if she decides to become part of Cesar's furniture again...

I think it would be fine to go back to Vegas, just not as many shows. She could do a string in about a month's span and travel in the months in between (or relax.....what a concept :hmm: ) . With not as many shows, there's a possibility of new albums and proper promotion along with other appearances.

and what about Chicago?? does that automatically mean Oprah? or a permanent show in Chicago? I dont know what to believe anymore, I'll wait until I hear it from her mouth and when it gets closer.

There is also no way Vegas hurt her career, she did something very unique in Vegas. She was not a has been, she was at the pique of her career, and clearly brought people from all over the world to see her. Performing and touring is where artists make their money now, not album sales. So new albums may not be her priority. We'll all just have to be patient.....and keep speculating.....because we can't help it... ^_^

I was really hoping Celine would take a good long break, have a child, and put together a great cd that's different and would get good buzz and attendion. She's still young and could easily have another #1 album selling at least 4-5 million in the US. I really thought TC would be that album but the tour has been hugely successful with great reviews. So we know there is still a big market out there for her.

I just think Vegas is more of a personal decision so they can stay put at one location again. It was probably a long grueling year on the road and Rene probably figures they can still get big $$$s in Vegas. I tell ya though, they better come up with something unique and spectacular or she'll get panned by the critics. AND Las Vegas was sooo successful and it sure won't be easy to do it again.

One of the things I do like about the Vegas gig is that I know where she is and that I have a good chance to go see her when it's convenient for me. Of course it'll be very pricey - ORCH for AND was around $225 when she finished. So def not a cheap undertaking for her fans.

Celine's new world tour showed she's still a very relevant 'touring' artist that can attract BIG crowds for premium prices...I hope if Vegas happens it's as many of you said, limited. None of this 250 shows a year deal. That would be garbage for her again, and then shes crowned "Ms. Vegas" foreeeeeever.

If she does only do 70 shows, she can do so much more! You know, proper promo...concerts here and there...

So, I know it's super early to be planning this already, but I've gotten some inspiration from the road trip that is in progress to Omaha. I was thinking earlier of taking a cross country trip to see Celine in Vegas since 1. I friggen hate planes, and 2. I've always wanted to drive cross country. We could rent a van...or 50 vans lol, and pick up people along the way for the first show. I would ethier be starting from Montreal or New Jersey depends how life goes lol. Anyone want in? lol Split gas and car renting prices between a good amount of people and we have ourselves on cheap trip to LV. We could friggen just switch drivers every so often, and not have to stop at hotels as often on the way over. Talk about a budget lol. I would zig zag through the whole damn country plus canada IF THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES. bahaha
