I agree. Diane is a great writer, her songs are very beautiful, I´d like to listen to more Celine's songs written by Diane!

Enough of Diane Warren... enough of David Foster... They were great back in the 80s and 90s but do you see any of their songs making any buzz nowadays?? Since Celine is trying to make a comeback with a new sound, it would be so very wrong to go back working with those people again. Enough already!

Diane Warren is a talented songwriter. She had legitimate demands from René regarding royalties,I suppose this spurred animosity. Céline can't love or get along with everyone

 

Whether it's 'Taking Chances!' or 'Taking Chances', it's a great title for her CD.

As I said before, I've been so excited with all this stuff going round that I started searching for songs which could possibly be the same as Céline recorded, and I found this "Right next to the right one", sung by Tim Christensen. I had never heard it before, but I liked it, and I kept on remembering the description LV gave of this song, it could really be this one. Can someone tell me anything about it?

the songs might be great but what does it say about their attitude? basicly celine never worked with all of those producers that were mentioned - she just took songs they recorded with other artists , songs that flopped , and recorded them again...i dont know what to think

her last real and full english album was in 2002 - it's so sad they r so careless musicly and artisticly when it comes to her english career...

she covered some classics seb , how can u even compare?

and u know i dont like ANDHC - i want her to evolve and i dont see how she is doing it with this album....i still hope to be suprised - i'll be the happiest .

but judging from shon review - this album is far from being classic : vocaly and musicly.

I agree partly, but on the other hand...how many magnificent songs never got the right chance? Even though they're so-called covers...we never heard of those songs before we got the titles! I like "Right Next To The Right One" I can't wait to hear Céline's version

Yes, I'm so happy vocally it isn't a scream feast! At last she learned to control her voice and not to be a soulless witch! Evolve with what? I prefer her to choose songs that she loved and cover NO MATTER if there were recorded earlier and then put her heart into it. And besides it was the same story with LTAL, FIY so I don't see any point of you complaining. Pointless.
