By the way, she hit a very very low note in promesse cassee, where she also hit very high notes (not her highest though). can anyone be so kind to tell me those notes

Certainly the worst duet of this concert! I don't know why Celine and René Choose him because he didn't sing, he screamed!

No way! It was actually the only and first duet of LAEE which I adored. This man was RAW and knew exactly what he sang about, absolute gorgeousness of a duet.

It was painful to watch, I couldn't get through the whole song. Not only is his voice terrible, his movements seemed too much.

Yeah L'amour Existe Encore wasn't good. Actually it was terrible. Even Celine was out of pitch especially in the beginning. It seems it's in a lower key or my years are lying to me? Maybe they changed the key because of Eric Lapointe. His part was absolutely terrible.

I forgot that I adore the intro video!! This is sooo great to see almost all cities included, even those which were missing until than like Helsinki or Vienna! And new footage for those we've already seen like Paris, Berlin or Kraków!

I'm so happy we will get a HQ video recording of this intro and of course even more because of the recording of the entire concert!!!

That's so much beyond all bootlegs!!

I love people in Québec for coming up with the idea of organizing such concert and even more because it has been broadcasted on TV so we'll have a lifetime memory of it!

I am just so amazed at Celine's ability to adjust/adapt her vocals with the individuals she is singing with. When she needs to harmonize, she's on point! When she needs to sing in unison (meaning you don't hear her above anyone else) she's on point! When she needed to be folksy, she was on point. When she needed to sound popish, she was on point. She is so versatile. She's like a musical chameleon!

 

WHen singing with her brothers and sisters, she sound so young compared to the rest of them. I'm sure it has to do with the training she's had, but but I tell you, every time I hear her it's like a breath of fresh air! She's so rejuvenating. And the energy, no words can describe it. My gosh, I'm a fan for life!!!!

Hi Guys,

I just listened to an interview Céline did with Jean-Pierre Ferland at Chateau Frontenac in the afternoon before the show for his last radio show called "Écoute pas ça". It was great and intimate. Anyway Jean-Pierre told us that René intents to put a DVD out for the Céline sur les Plaines concert. It's not an official statement by René himself but I would think he told this info to Jean-Pierre, whom apparently couldn't wait to tell the people of his radio show on Radio-Canada(première chaine) minutes ago.
