Yes, all 14. One of the sisters was interviewed yesterday and she said it will be so emotional because it's rare all of them come together and they'll be singing in front of their mother. She said it doesn't matter that 200.000 were going to there, they're emotional because they're all together singing in front of Maman Dion.

I was there, 1st "row", right in the middle of the stage!!!

It was for sure, the biggest concert of his life!! Her voice was outstanding, she had fun and was so natural!

And the finale with the 3 biggest singer Quebec ever had was .... I still can't find any word to describe it.

 

I took millions of pictures, i'll post them later..

And we're in the Journal de Montréal with the big banner, that's so great!!

 

I wait 5 hours, drive 2 hours in bus to get the tickets.. Wait 8 hours with the burning sun for the concert but totaly worth it!! The time of my life!

WOW, you can really sense what an amazing night it was for Celine and La Ville du Quebec! Wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL. I just want to touch on a couple of points:

 

1.- Really, who should we start writing letters to and emailing (daily) for a DVD of this to be released?

 

2.- Celine looked AMAZING- I really like the black dress and the Jeans w/Sparkly Jacket- I wonder if she'll wear it tonight dans Montreal? C'est Possible?

 

3.- Celine was OBVIOUSLY VERY emotional during her performances- She is SOOO geniune- Love the Tue-Moi duet!

 

4.- I think Ginette Reno gave the performance of her life- She sounded GREAT! I was really impressed. Celine was obviously crying and couldn't sing- The crowd was so thunderous that at it times it was impossible to hear either of them. And I think you're right, Celine obviously took a "back seat" during that song, rightfully and intelligently so.

 

5.- It is so great to see Celine take the stage with her brothers and sisters! I love when they get to share some of the spotlight with her. And once again, I love how Celine tries to fit in with the group and not take center stage. BTW, did Michel cut off his pony tail? I hope so!!

DUAM sounded better than the tour version. And I don't know, but Celine didn't have Reno's intensity in that duet.

 

I'll tell you why...because Céline was in tears since the very first minute she went at the edge of the stairs to help her chilhood idol Ginette come down and she was till the very end. Also and most importantly because Céline is the most generous artist I have ever known. She shared her stage with every guest artists all night long with so much pleasure giving them so much place and light. Céline wanted Ginette to have her moment and seing again last night how so generous Céline was, I admire her today even more :wub: if possible!!! :wub: I know of no other Diva who would to that with others...Céline is an outstanding singer and truly an incredible human being. Une Grande Dame!!! and people noticed it big time! A magic night with our Céline and friends for Québec's 400e anniversary. :wub:

 

 

you're right dead on, she didn't need to compensate with her voice at all, it was her soul that was speaking :cry: :wub:

the duet really got to me, i can't wait for the videos,

I would like to know what she said in French prior to singing that song.

All I could understand was "ma vie" - "my life."

 

Yet I could feel that she was tremendously touched.

 

This might be one of the greatest moments of her career, and even her life. :)
