They kept on adding more dates. I guess they're really confident on Celine's health that she's getting better.. I think 2026 is about healing especially on autoimmune diseases

Ah, OK, sorry - "lost in translation" :giggle:
Well, I'm pretty sure the concert will be sold out too.

Got selected for the La Defense sale.

I'm amazed that she is adding 10 extra shows. Didn't expect this at all, my bank account isn't recovered yet from the last sale.

There were talks about filming this residency, guess they wait with releasing it after the 2nd leg.

It's great that somehow they listened that many people weren't able to get tickets and these sales are only for the registered people.

Hope she does well, it feels like a lot so suddenly. It would be a great timing around May for that new album to come.

Made some screencaps of today's reel by Robin Galiegue.

(Sorry: I can't hide my malicious glee: As here's the proof that all those AI “artists” were wrong with their dubious works.)

I guess these new Paris dates will most likely mean a return to Montreal will be further down the road.

I'm super excited for these new dates. I hope to get my ticket. I haven't been "selected" yet.

Well I’m glad they’re offering priority for those who were unable to get tickets last time.

I’m also not shocked about there being more Paris shows; I had a feeling that there would’ve been some sort of, if not exclusivity for a certain amount of time, expected second run of shows there; as the bidding war for her return likely featured an utterly monstrous financial package for her.

I’m starting to wonder now if Vegas is in fact on the horizon at all… It is possible that over the course of the 3 years after her indefinite postponement of all activity, that she had been released from her contract due to a health clause.

Either way, still holding out hope for Montreal, her fellow Quebecers deserve it.

Ugh, watch me not get selected a second time. 😫 Thank heavens I already have my tix for the first run.

I do like that they're selecting people who haven't had a chance yet (though I hope they've learned some lessons the last time).

Extremely happy that she's feeling well enough to do this. Surely, she must have had some kind of medical breakthrough?

I think Vegas will have to wait until the orange one leaves the White House though. Many Europeans (who make up a big part of her Vegas audience) aren't too keen on visiting in the current climate.

But as I guessed she has some work done. It’s obvious, good for her if she’s happy.

I think there’s been some sort of contract reset this year. If I remember correctly, the infamous Rob Prinz contract ran through 2026 (and I assume the RW contract was probably timed to end within that horizon too) and it could well be the reason why everything seems to have gone from 0 to 100 all of a sudden. It’s increasingly obvious that contracts were holding her back more than her health the last two years, hence why now that she seems to have been freed there’s no concern about announcing shows a year away.

As for Vegas, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Céline will end up a permanent resident of Paris. May not be this year or the next, but Paris will eventually replace Vegas in Céline’s life—already seems to have done so as far as performing is concerned.

Paris again… wtf???

They are taking the f****** piss now!

Other countries that they previously considered before choosing Paris should be next, it’s only fair!

Paris has had more than there fair share of Céline in recent years…

I think the other countries that they previously considered were all ruled out for logistical reasons though, no? At least that's what I thought...

Paris is a choice that makes sense for her practically but also because it's a place where she clearly likes to be and feels at home (she was so emotive about that in the D'eux anniversary documentary). She has friends here, and fashion world stuff, and maybe it feels a little less like "exile" as she returns to the world a little more. I'm really glad for her that she gets to have that, she really deserves it. I hope it gives her a little better quality of life.

And if Paris has had more of their fair share, well... what does that mean for Vegas which had her for what, 12 years? I'm glad for the other side of the ocean to get a little chance. And mostly, I'm just psyched for her that she's well enough and getting to do this. 💙

Las Vegas has the Sphere, it could be a very good experience with Celine. I hope they consider this possibility.

i received today an email from ParisArena mentionning I am currently waiting for Céline shows. This is weird unless it would confirm the rumors that if the 16 concerts are doing well regarding Celinés health it may be a second résidency in March and April  still in Paris.

I know but this is a recurrent rumor. At this point, we have ignored rumors all these years and finally it happens. So Once again if these rumors given on TV come regularly it might somehow be some king of truth in them.

Pretty much spot on!

Wow didn't expect that at all. I thought if there's another residency on the horizon it would be Quebec or Vegas but well I'm not complaining at all here ;)

I hope that everyone who didn't manage to get tickets for this years shows will finally get some for may 2027, fingers crossed for y'all guys :)

That’s just it though it’s not another residency it’s another expansion of the same residency. Another leg… she may do other places in the future but I’m sure it’d be a different show.. this is clearly the same show for now 26- shows.

i will say this though, nothing better than SPRINGTIME in PARIS!
