If I may, don’t be too pessimistic. For now, your connection is incorrectly detected as suspicious by their security system but it doesn’t mean that you lose your rights as a buyer. The goal may even be to protect your account. At this stage, I think it’s only a technical problem that, as you say, happened to a lot of us even on other platforms. There is still plenty of time for the issue to be resolved. You did the right thing by contacting the support early on. If you can, keep track of these messages. I would also stop trying to connect for several days, and maybe try from a friends’ or family member’s place (but not from a public wifi). Because your IP maybe temporarily flagged. If you can access again, make any copy you can and see if you can import your tickets in the FanWallet app.

Many thanks for your comforting words. I am truly stressed. They seem to treat the issue like there is nothing we can do cope with it and that's not what a buyer who spent like 1000 EUR on the tickets would like to hear. If anyone has any suggestions what to do I'd be much obliged.

 

Does anyone know maybe will there a box office near or within the La Defense arena complex? If I'll be having any problem on the day of the concert maybe they will be able to print the tickets since we are not.

Maybe leave it alone and wait 24h like they suggested. Too many connections will get you flagged as a bot, imo

For those who bought tickets via AXS or Ticketmaster, have you seen your tickets with barcodes or just the purchase confirmation? I thought they released tickets a few days before the concerts. I'm asking because my ticket is being transferred from a reseller, and I expect to get it a day or so early.

I bought it via Paris La Défense Arena and downloaded it in the FanWallet app. It says the barcode will appear a few hours before the show  at the latest.

For those who bought premium packages, La Défense Arena published a new map (without seat ranks). I noticed it today but maybe it’s been online for a few days.

Idk if this helps, but for me during the whole registering for presale chaos, it would mainly flag me as a bot when I was on wifi. If I waited a while and then used mobile data instead of wifi, I got further (although got blocked after 40 mins so not entirely full proof). Good luck!!

Hi everyone,

 

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right section to post this — I couldn’t find a specific category for ticket resale, so feel free to let me know or move the post if needed.

 

I’m offering 4 seated tickets for Céline Dion in Paris on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. All 4 seats are together, located in Block i (great seats).

 

I’m currently trying to arrange a direct person-to-person sale before considering platforms like Viagogo or StubHub. I know there are many scams online, and I completely understand why buyers are cautious — especially nowadays.

 

I can provide full proof of purchase, screenshots, and any additional verification you might need. I’m also open to a video call (FaceTime, etc.) if that helps build trust — I know how easy it is today to fake or edit documents, so I want to be as transparent as possible.

 

I will very likely be attending the concert myself, which can also help reassure you regarding the legitimacy of the tickets.

 

Important note: the tickets are not transferable yet, so this will require clear communication and trust until the transfer option becomes available. Of course, I’ll make sure everything is handled properly once it opens.

There's also the outside of Bercy arena, le Zénith, and the Stade de France in Saint-Denis to the north.

But you'll be in Paris. Paris itself is an attraction with some of the greatest monuments and museums and food in the world. Don't make your trip all about Céline.

Oprah has just announced a speaking gig in Dublin for Monday 14th September. I wonder will she attend the opening Celine show in Paris then head for Ireland? Or perhaps do Paris after Ireland. It’s a stone throw away.

In the app it says "shortly before the event" so I'm assuming one or two days before the event takes place

I Have 6 tickets for Paris for sale, i can provide justification and documents of course, they are VIP 4, Porte 104, all the seats are side by side, for the Saturday, September the 26th 
I get those tickets on AXS, so i dont have the tickets yet, but for sure we can have a video call together, or even better, meet in real life, as i live in Paris.
