Question is if they record the new vocals at all why lot do that c5 note too? Can she no longer?  Or just didn’t feel like it 🤔

I think that question kinda answers itself... as good as the newer vocals sound on tracks like BYLM, that kind of note i dont think shes physically possible of producing now- studio or otherwise

Yeah but it’s clearly layered… she sounds fanatic on BYLM, and doesn’t sound fantastic on IACBTMN, that’s a playback that they recorded and bought off on. They either chose to record that Earlier on in the recovery period when she wasn’t as strong or she was having an off day. Either way, I think the shows 3x a week is making her technique better, she’s gaining her confidence back and it’s showing already after 2 shows… we will see shortly how show 3 sounds I bet it will be even stronger.

wow! This is eye opening. But not too surprising. Similar to how they used the ABM big note from TC tour in 2011 through 2020.

You’re probably right. I placed them on top of each other on iMovie and they do overlap perfectly. The weird thing is that the texture of the voice is so obviously different. On the lowered 2011 version it is more ‘heady’ and closed, while on the 2026 version it is more ‘chesty’, open and bright. And the end of the note (the lower part) sounds so natural, they really did a great job!

Makes you wonder why they have such s*** productions on select new music when they are capable of producing this well. Huh.

Where on earth is the new single?  Would this not be the best time to release a new song when all eyes are on her?  What are they waiting for? November when everything has died down and Christmas music?

Yes. They’re the exact same having lined them up in my Apple Logic Pro- down to the speed and pitch oscillation in the vibrato.

When she's escorted to the stage, especially on the stairs, it's probably better they have someone else do that. Michel is in his 70s now so I mean, we don't need them both falling.

I think part of it is that they’ve definitely done some modifying of the EQ and adding reverb to the note itself. We only have access to isolated vocals from either edited releases, or fancams- they have the raw vocal stems from the studio itself, so they’re much more flexible with what they can do.

Just the solo 2011 version. You can play it simultaneously with an audio from the last two shows and it will line up perfectly. 
 

Edit: to be completely honest though this is nothing new- reused vocals have been a thing since 1996 when they spliced the english version of the high note in All By Myself into the recording of Sola Otra Vez. As Celine RO said above tho, they could’ve (should’ve) done this for sections of IACBTMN. But to reiterate what _other_ people have said, i find the rest of the vocal on the 2026 version to be more pleasing than the 2011 track. The softness and clarity in the verses is phenomenal.

hold your horses, they are not up to date with BPM which is from July, so first they will add it to the setlist :P and then we might be looking at the new single around Nov 20.. and then it will die out. Typical team celine

The fans outside her hotel sang BPM today and she was really feeling it. Makes me wonder why she didn't include it in the current set-list. Its streams are decent.

Got it! I’ll try to play it first with left and right channel. Left for 2011 and right for 2026. After watching an episode of Silo 😁

The sola otra vez climax is very obvious. They just combined the note with the english one

Ycare, the co-creator of the song (along with Renaud Rebillaud), recently mentioned that it wasn't included in the show because the show was already put together before they recorded it. Of course, that doesn't mean they couldn't have added it after the fact, but anyway.

Thats what you tell somebody when you lied… not like each song has a new background visual, that would need changed. They woulda had nearly 3 months to add this in.
