Regarding the poster: It might be that this picture is from the Courage photoshoot, same session as the pics against that colorful background with that weird red thing on her head. It really looks like it

 

Not to me. Her *EYEBROWS* are different…

 

and her face is fuller in the poster one.

 

I don’t think it’s even the 2021 Vegas show shoot. To me it looks like a completely different (recent) session, either specifically for the documentary or maybe for other upcoming projects.

If they release another greatest hits album without AT LEAST one new song, I don’t know what to say… the vault is full and yet they hoard them year after year. I guess they saving funds for RC and the twins, great, great GREAT grandchildren.

Yeah, it's really no use to release ANOTHER best of. If there's no rare material, it won't sell at all. We already have ATW, ML and Love Again too (with many old songs). Plus only 12 songs doesn't sound like a lot of songs. Even the single ML disc had more than 12 songs!

It’s usually common for documentaries to feature greatest hits releases - Shanias did and only had one new song. I think one new song will be on it though.

I understand the concept for a documentary but they need to offer one new song at least. I get if she can’t record if that’s the case.., but trust me the vault is full . I’m tired of Sony/team Celine being cheap.

One of those insider pages on Twitter posted a while ago about a new greatest hits coming. The same post also mentioned a retirement and that’s what the GH was for. I don’t believe the retirement part but I have a feeling the GH album is accurate. I completely agree with you guys though, it’s not needed unless it has a few new songs.

 

Seems it’s the norm now for a documentary release; a new album to accompany it.

 

If the doc is out end of June and a new GH album is coming, we should start to see it pop up on online soon on different music shop websites. Just a thought.

It’s not out of question to think that some form of “soundtrack” from the film would come out, I think if it’s only 12 songs it’s the going to be the 12 that are actually used in the documentary… however, her stingy team needs to open the vault and throw is us a bone too .

Not every music artist documentary has a "soundtrack". It would really have zero impact to release something physically, if it's just a "best of". As for the streaming, I repeat, they could easily make a playlist, and that's it!

I agree… but produced in part my Sony, we know they are looking for easy money grabs… I’d hope if it doesn’t include anything new… people opt NOT to buy. I know it sounds harsh, but the reason her label makes us to be fools with what they release is because they think we are all so obsessed that we will buy whatever her name is attached to. I didn’t buy the Water-bottle and I’m not buying this.

 

Life is too hard to just get lazy enough to “expect” out money.
