100% this. It was the worst decision and I’m not a conspiracy theorist.

 

That was the first time she had to learn about bad publicity without Rene helping her with optics.

 

It would have never happened with Rene. He would have knew the dangers and the politics behind the brand for her image. Celine bless her thought a children’s line would be great and that was probably enough for her to put her name to this. That said, she liked the designs and the story behind the line….

It was disastrous. And the clothing line FLOPPED. No wonder.

 

Celine’s business adventures never panned out well besides her perfume. Even her “Celine Dion” collection tanked after a few months - I bought a suit case and when I did the lady at Bentley (before they went on sale ) said nobody was buying them.

It’s one thing to believe that this project was a bad investment, as it didn’t went well in sales. But let’s not endorse crazy lunatics qanon conspiracies. There’s no such thing as “new world order”. There is homophobia, prejudice and a bunch of pricks who still believe blue is for boys and pink is for girls, and that anything other than that comes from the “devil” or whatever.

 

There might be some good reason to say this project was a bad choice, but the backlash from those people certainly aren’t one of them. Judging by the type of people they actually worship, I would be concerned if they have any kinda of appreciation for Celine.

If she’s staying at her usual 5 star hotels it would be hard to keep her hidden… I guess she could always stay at a motel 6 like place and nobody would know lol.

I personally think the Olympics might be too big an ask of her when it’s live and beamed to a worldwide audience of billions as anything could happen. Take singing live out of the equation as the likelihood is she would be miming anyway but the whole occasion could trigger her and what’s the point then, in miming if the whole point is to assure people she’s ok and ready to return to the Vegas stage. It’s a genius plan if that’s the reasoning but it could also backfire greatly as it will be scrutinised more than any other “live” performance she’s given and of course playback would be picked up on.

 

I hope I’m proved wrong as it could be a grand return on an epic scale but I just don’t see it. It’s just too much of a risk.

It makes complete sense cause their are not even having the opening in a stadium and if she performs say at Eiffel tower base could never account for acoustics and sound. I am sure whoever performs it will be playback.
