I think it matters who produce it. I mean taking her albums for example there a a few of them that sound really good. And taking a really bad example like One Heart which just sounds horrible and it sounds like they made that album on a 90's laptop basically.

Anyway my point is Celine has to surround herself with good people who know and care about their job so to speak. The problem I guess is good or great producers or people cost money. But Sony has shown if they really want they can put out really great stuff like the A new Day blu-ray which was really really great both in picture and sound quality.

 

I think ANDHC, OH, TC and LMBTL have a great production. I'm not an expert, but I can hear, that the production for Courage was bad. Yes, she need better producers for her next albums.

And yes, Sony should release the LIM DVD etc...

Most of "One Heart" songs were produced during the recording of ANDHC…Actually, I like it even more than I do ANDHC.

Ah ok cool OH has some song that are good. I think to compare those two albums it was clear where they put the money because ANDHC sounds way better in terms of production. I think ANDHC is the better album overall too

But I think OH and ANDHC has somewhat similar songs, was OH album songs that was made for ANDHC but didn't make it or something?

And from memory OH was basically just released out of nowhere with no to little promo. For some reason OH album just feels odd and it's one album I have a hard time remember, weird.

Her last show in Paris would’ve been today. If she followed the same formula as the 2015 Vegas announcement, then she’d announce the new dates on Monday. The last cancelled Vegas show was March 22, 2015 and she announced the first 40 dates of the revamped show March 24, 5 months ahead of the premiere. I think it’s still possible for a late-December premiere as there are still no shows booked at the theatre post December 17. This week would be 3 months advance notice.

Also, I believe there are a ton more songs from the ANDHC sessions. I forget how many was mentioned in an interview years ago, but something around 30 or 40 songs that were recorded for ANDHC. Don’t take that as gospel though. I’m just vaguely remembering.

it doesn’t matter who produces it. There are many amazing production companies out there. I was amazed by the Australian company who produced the promo clips for Celines 2018 Australian leg of the tour. They did an incredible job! There are even better producers than Julie S.

Wonder if this was one of the things she recorded late August (as was rumoured) or if this is from April like the Ukraine message. Can't really tell with the angle of the video.

Maybe a bit less bloated, but I can't really tell for sure with the angle.

But if it is new, it's not encouraging that this is the look they're going for. Not that she looks bad, but it's not a 'hey guys, I'm better and ready to kick @ss' look. More of a 'I want you to know things are still shaky' look.

Unfortunately this is the case. Maybe not that she doesn't give two sh!ts, but her willingness to sing, perform and record so many covers, at any and every opportunity.

Mariah is immersed in her music and success. Some call it self obsessed but so she should be- I wish Celine was more.

 

 

It's funny to only see one side of an artist to "bash" another.

 

I love them both ( Céline & Mariah) but truth is while Mariah is immersed in her discography, her artistry on stage is far from Céline's level.

 

She "performed" ( stand on stage would be more approriate) 2 days ago on the NY Event and truth is it was a disaster. Most of the set was (very badly)lipped and the few lines she actually sang weren't stellar at all.

 

Let's face it : this is absolutely not what one could expect of a singer who has a 30-year career.

 

Granted, Céline's team ( and Céline herself) is not keen on exploiting her repertoire.

 

On the other hand, Butterfly25 isn't that great. Ok, compared to LTAL25 ( hahaha), this is a masterpiece but let's be honest here : instead of gathering 2-3 songs previously available and offering a new remix , well why not working on her stage presence?

 

She was once one of the most skilled vocalists and Céline eats her up now in that perspective , even if her voice has aged as well.

 

If you take more benefits off an anniversary edition than off one proper performance, fine. But it is simply NOT fair to belittle someone's artistry because of your wishes.

 

Again, I'm all with you on Celine's team alleged work but trying to make your point that way , it isn't right. Sorry but bad example to me.

I was comparing their attitudes to their music and drive to shout about it , which has nothing to do with live performance. Anyone with two eyes can see that how they perform on stage is world’s apart- there’s no-one better than Celine. But that’s irrelevant to the original point being discussed that Mariah is passionate about celebrating her own music where Celine doesn’t seem bothered.

 

So actually, you’re using that side of Mariah to bash her 🤷🏻‍♂️

Luke Bryan just announced shows Feb 1-11 and Mar 22-Apr 1. Seems likely that Katy Perry will fill Dec 28-Jan 14 and Carrie Underwood Jan 18-28. I'd now bet on Celine opening in late April/early May.

& Yes I just KNEW IT, I knew that the Las Vegas shows were DEFINETELY NOT HAPPENING NEXT MONTH OR IN NOVEMBER! I mean come on, if it was going to happen, we would had already had an announcement from Team Celine & Resorts World MONTHS AGO during the summer! Now its too late for any announcements, it is the end of September now, October is almost here, & November is right around the corner after that!

 

Sorry but that is why its not always good to go by only "Gossip sites" on the internet, & to not believe every "rumor" you see & hear, especially without NO SOURCES to back it up! We all know new shows have to be announced MONTHS AHEAD of the show dates, so that way fans can have time to make travel arrangements, book flights, hotel reservations, put in time off from work & arrange child care (as many of us do have jobs & children to take care of!) Most of us CAN NOT just leave on a whim with nothing to worry about, no responsibities! For those of you who can afford the luxury to do that, great for you guys! But unfortunately, the majority of us, INCLUDING MYSELF, do not have the luxury or convience to do that & we have responsibilities & such, & Celine & her team & Resorts World would obviously understand that... So pretty much we were all dealing with a rumor! Sorry to say it yet again, but I told you all so... Thank you & good night fellow Celine fans!

John Katsilometes, a columnist at the Las Vegas Review-Journal has also suggested in multiple articles that Celine's premiere may happen this fall. I'm not suggesting he's the most credible person to share this information, but I think it's reasonable to assume that he was informed of a timeline, otherwise he probably wouldn't mention it in multiple articles. Not to mention, he has had a relationship with Celine for years, and is a highly-respected journalist in LV. Anything could change, especially since these articles were published months ago, but I think it's something to also consider. November 11th is also 3 months away, not 2, which is still plenty of time to announce, albeit late for Celine compared to her previous announcements. Keep in mind that she "announced" this show over a year ago, so they're really only revealing new dates.
