Maybe all these other side projects are a ramp up, get her in regular news cycles, to promote the album and tour come September. Which would also explain why we haven't heard much about the album yet. Time will tell. Edit: not sure if they'll release it after she debuts it at her first concert (English or French?? Either she's really cooped up in a bunker or the quebecois are extremely considerate of her privacy! (And I doubt its the latter!) With rehearsals kicking into high gear the week after next, I expect that'll soon change, especially with her renting the better part of that hotel in QC. Glad she's had some time to recharge, away from the spotlight. But curious, too, what she's been up to, creatively speaking. For a star of Celine’s stature and a huge tour like this, anything else is unreasonable. Anyone who is waiting for an anti-tour, should save their money by avoiding this tour - and should stop whinging. We won’t get anything, and the new album will probably be postponed. Even if she only sings her classic French songs I’ll still be super happy because she sings them so rarely.
