Does it seem like the tickets are getting snatched up as the day progresses? I wonder if Celine should do a tiny bit of promo for the tour until the album’s released? A little interview here & there could make a huge difference.

 

I wish we could all be hired as seat fillers for her tours! But I’d rather see the shows just sell out on their own. I assume once the album is released — and all the promo that’ll come along with that — the shows from Nov and beyond will have no problems.

 

I think they shouldn’t have even started a tour til like January after a few months of rest and a few months of promotion of the new album and the Hollidays are over with.

FOMO *was* a challenge for her when she wasnt at 100%, shes now in waaaaay better condition than she was before and could easily tackle FOMO

 

still she hasn't done it during the last shows, but has performed the reason. That's why I am posting this.

I thought the same, I mean, she has been performing non stop since 2015, I'm not sure but I guess she took more time to be with René, than the time she took after he past away. Then she did Vegas, summer tour 2016, Vegas again, Summer tour 2017, Vegas again, Asia 2018, Vegas Again finishing on june, London on july and Courage tour on september.

Yes! She could have taken the chance to rest, promote the album in a view tvshows and then start in january

Start the tour and incorporate at least 7 songs in the tour

I want Celine to perform a cover on her shows. I want her to sing Lana Banana, The Name Game. It's so important that she performs this cover asap.

Not necessarily. She should add FOMO and Imperfections however. :P

 

The biggest misses of this tour is the inclusion of “imperfections” and “ashes” but instead including “the reason” and “to love you more” instead; or “you’re the voice”. :confused:

It actually sounds like something Céline would like performing. It fits her personality.

I think if you get the chance to show her this she might actually think of performing it, at least as a snippet.

Well that promo I posted over the weekend had $20 tickets with the code “FLYING”, iirc.

It’s so strange...the whole NA leg was sold out in 2008/09...I had the feeling Céline was more popular now

 

Well not that surprising. Her whole renaissance has been mainly made in Europe, still the heart of fashion and alsobthanks to her critically quite praised last tours there. It’s another thing in the US where not only she has been always more conservative but also in this specific Trump related context where the past marketed singing housewife is turning the head with her weird looks and gender neutral line.

 

She is in a need there to be understood there maybe. People there are surely a bit perplex now in a way.

 

That s I think also part of the explanation in comparison.

 

She is still doing very well, she also has the press with her there even since the beginning of this Tour so will see.

Just remembered it’s the twins birthday tomorrow, same day as my late Mum. I’m sure that will be a difficult day for her being away from them.

Oh well, just around 1,300 tickets left. Best we’ll get is a 92% attendance, shame really, however Louisville is the second (i believe) biggest single night capacity for a show after Fargo in NA... it will be a shame to see so many empty seats but whatever

We will see what tonight is. I think tonight will be my last show til my hometown show in Indianapolis....though Cincinnati on thursday would be the closest of all these I'd been driving too.. I scheduled myself to work thursday but I'm still casually looking at tickets every few hours with someone on back burner to work. Hmm. Lol. Anyway, still have tonight to look forward too.

Sometimes I wish my show was after the album was released to see if any more new songs will performed. However; “Imperfections” is already released and NOT performed so I doubt much changes will be made if any.

Even her fashion live.... not so much lately... she looks stunning this tour but it’s something that looks like Safer than I expected, more in line with Annie Horth.

Idan seemed longer. Unison seemed more abrupt. I noticed cleveland show played a remix of misled before the show. So did columbus and all these people on the fan screen didnt even sing the song. Made me sad

I unfortunately remember seeing the complete lack luster reaction to the RTD/LIAWN medley in 2017 yet they lost it for LCMM/RMDH... it does make you wonder
