anewdayhascome Posted September 6, 2019 at 09:42 PM Posted September 6, 2019 at 09:42 PM (edited) I am really sorry, I don't post here anymore and I don't recognise this forum but if ANYONE is so delusional to think that everything goes well then I am speechless. We all want success and good outcomes but the situation has never been worse and so many weird accounts posting these days that the tour is sold out, that everything is happening is good are so WRONG. Anyone who claims fashion does any good for Celine is wrong, does this fashion translates into tickets? no. into new music? no. into success of new music? I doubt it. Just see the seating chart for Quebec 3rd date which is also ONLY a THIRD date of a massive tour (later it gets even worse). It is her country, it is her province, it is her city, it is her people, it is where she did release an album only 3 years ago so technically was more in the limelight than in the US where she has been non-existent in terms of new music since 2013, it is where she SOLD OUT in split second 10+ dates in 2016... And now? None of the concerts are even close to being sold out, not to mention that in the past they kept adding some seats but it was like 10 or 20 shitty single seats here and there and now there are hundreds of tickets available even in front rows, whole sections in the back on the floor, whole sections on balconies available LESS than TWO (!) weeks before the tour starts... And in comparison she really did sell out during Live 2016/2017/2018 half a year before concerts. Some will say it's bull**** because there were countries she hadn't toured in a while and she's been in the US. That's true but they did not make ANY ANY ANY effort to promote this tour even WITHOUT new album released before. It's just sad and even frightening. And anyone who sees even only this seating chart for this particular date would normally have no problem to admit that something is WRONG. If you prefer to live in denial, fine, but objectively it is really disturbing. If you prefer to live in denial, fine, but objectively it is really disturbing. Actually, you’re incorrect. The US sales ARE superior to the canadian dates. But, mark this, the tour will be a sell out. They did more promo for this than the live tours, so again, wrong. There were HUNDREDS of tickets left merelt a week before the start of the Aus/NZ leg of the 2018 tour and yet still sold out, the 2017 tour also. And for 2016, the “all immediately sold out” thing isnt true... at all. I remember sitting up and looking at dates and the sales even during the shows, there were tickets for the next show still available but by the next day? Sold out. Considering youre never on here and come once every few week to spread negativity and argumentative points... why bother? 1 Quote

Shaun Posted September 6, 2019 at 10:29 PM Posted September 6, 2019 at 10:29 PM If only they released an album before the tour started to make people want to come and hear the songs live.... This isn’t “Celine Dion Live 2019.” They’ve specifically called this the “Courage World Tour” as that’s the album name. The album that isn’t out until months after the tour starts. People have no idea what they’ll be hearing. #justanidea 3 Quote Bringing you the world's only Celine Dion podcast show since 2014.Find us on Soundcloud, Apple Podcasts, Spotify & Amazon Music.
Thnswlsn25 Posted September 6, 2019 at 10:29 PM Posted September 6, 2019 at 10:29 PM Btw, looking at the stage, there are quite a lot of stairs. I don't want her to trip or not wanting to walk around because of the stairs. It certainly looks better than the mini tour stage though. It didn't look that empty. Quote

People arent allowed to complain after seeing a photo of the stage setup if they arent impressed?I just saw the stage photos and yes i am not impressed either. It is basically an updated version of the minitourstage. from what i see there are screens behind, just like that stage had. today i watched the Taylor Swift concert on netflix - now that is a stagedesign! the Celine stage is quite basic imo. She said this is gonna be her best tour ever etc. But when i see this - i am sorry - simple setup - yes it has catwalks and some stairs. It is all quite simple. there are no dancers, it is just her and her band.
