I wonder if Celine is able to listen to music during this time in her life. Music really boosts the spirits, she would know better than anyone, but it would be so heartbreaking if she had a sensitivity to sound that prevented her from playing songs that she likes.

 

During her video message, you can hear that someone was listening to the Astronomia song in the background... most likely, the twins. I think she would have forbidden them to if it was a trigger.

It starts at 4:15, but you probably need headphones to hear it. You will also notice how Celine's stomach was making sounds through the whole video. Makes me wonder if it's because she was so nervous, because of medication, or because of SPS.

I think she was nervous, because I watched her French video message (although I don't speak French) and I don't hear so many noices. She'd probably be more relaxed in her native language.

It looks very pretty! 2,4m is still a lot for that location I suppose.

 

I doubt Céline does this for the money. She isn't one for holding onto houses (stuff) just for the memory. And she'll never stay there anyway. (Unfortunately)

Let’s not forget about the siblings! I’m sure it wasn’t solely left to Celine, but maybe Celine was asked to handle this as she has the contacts to sell expensive houses.

 

My guess is she is overseeing the sale only and it’s the siblings who want their inheritance.

Ariana literally copied Celines parfum commercial swing idea in her music video. It´s really obvious, and we know she is a huge fan. However, Celines original video looks much more professional and not as artificial as Arianas.

You don't know how all is arranged in Céline's family. I remember it was said that for Xmas 1996 (?) she gave each sibling $100.000? And surely they got money for their contribution on Feliz Navidad and Les Cloches du Hameau. I would not be surprised if her bond with the family got less as the years progressed and she became richer and her family possibly more demanding?

Isn't the house near Ile Gagnon? Pretty sure she and Rene bought it for Celine's parents if I remember correctly to be close to their then house. That would explain why she is the owner not any of her siblings.

 

In fairness Maman Dion has been gone for 3 years now, so if it isn't being used, although it is sad, it had to happen eventually.
