I recently purchased all of Celine's '80s vinyl albums, and some of them started to arrive today. Her Tellement J'ai D'amour album arrived, and the vinyl disc was housed in a clear plastic cover. My question is; was there originally any liner note inserts that held the disc (instead of the clear plastic cover), and what did those look like? Is there a place where I can see all of the liner notes that came in all of her '80s vinyl albums? Thank you so much for your help!

Very cool you're getting the vinyls! But no it didn't include a inner sleeve with lyrics. Here you can see what kind of sleeve was include was originally included. But not the sleeve itself. You can click on the "more info" button.

A Canadian pair just skated to Lara Fabian; I think a lot of people thought it was Celine!

it would take a pretty intense and strong pair to do that and not be killed by this song. :)

 

Talking about Lara, she is now doing the voice, as a judge, in québec and taking her cool personna, she even did go do some karaoke in a bar the other night.

yes it was intense, the french were very good, but Tessa and Scott did their very best like Celine...totally deserved.
Plus qu'ailleurs , but now Si c'était à refaire , i still love tant de temps....

Ok so Queen Celine sat alongside Anna Wintour during Paris fashion week as we all clearly remember. Today the real Queen (Queen Elizabeth II) sat alongside Anna at London fashion week! Made me smile seeing the pictures, and obviously reminded me of Celine. We all know Anna is very choosy with who sits next to her 😂

Someone wrote on fb that Mariah was going to record MHWGO before Celine, but because of all that was happening between her and Tommy M it didn’t happen. So Celine was approached. True? 😏 Mariah doesn’t really sing other people’s songs does she? Obviously a few covers here and there but usually she’s at least co-written it.

I would say that rumor of Mariah possibly recording My Heart Will Go On instead of or before Celine is untrue, because James Horner said that he wrote that song with only Celine in mind to sing it. He also said that if Celine never agreed to do the song it wouldn't have existed and there wouldn't have been a song at all in the movie, because James Cameron didn't want a song. He just wanted to have the instrumental music that played throughout the movie in the end credits. James Horner said that he imagined Celine and Celine alone to sing it and if she turned him down, he wouldn't have presented the song to anyone else, because he could only imagine her voice singing it. :)

Do any of you have two iTunes accounts lol. I managed to create and sustain one for Canada so I can buy non US Céline singles and albums! It’s so nice having a US account and Canadian!
