Wonder how Celine maintains so much energy and health when in Vegas and when on tour ? Anyone know any healthy tips from Celine e.g any supplements/ vitamins she ever mentioned in any interviews or anything ?? :hmm:

 

Well she says many times that her diet is not jurt for vocals. No junk food, no fizzy drinks, no spicy food. Lots of complex carbs. Andddd she says she likes cod liver oil

I'm raised up on drinking cod liver oil. We were even given it at schools, mandatory haha

hahaha well we don't now if she takes it in liquid or tablet.

 

At school it began as liquid and the as years passed, it's tablets.

I prefer liquid though.

haha I don't LIKE it but I don't mind it either.

 

Soooo you don't want me to bring you some Icelandic Cod Liver Oil? We have regular taste and lemon taste :sofunny:

I've noticed that during the A New Day Live In Las Vegas DVD Celine takes what appears to be some kind of red vitamin backstage, right before going onstage. I wonder what that could be, perhaps that could be the Cod Liver Oil in pill form? :hmm:

 

Celine also did a vitamin commercial in the late 90's. I can't remember what it's called, but more recently I've heard Celine talk about liking to eat bananas and hummus to stay healthy. Celine also doesn't take sugar in her coffee and isn't fond of the sweat foods. Celine prefers salty foods over sweat and she has said before that she stays away from chocolate, because it's to addictive. LOL. Yoga is also very good for having a high energy level and Celine appears to regularly practice yoga to stay in top form for the stage.

It looks so fake, with all the spelling mistakes in the booklet.

And... they’re only English songs....

Yeah, like offering her more money and have her tied to them with another contract until 2030? You bet :innocent: That's how far they'll go, because the only thing special about it is the money they can keep making with Céline.

She's changed, she used to have her coffee with 2 sugar in it. Glad she doesn't do that anymore, disgusting haha

Well Celine avoids dairy so her drinks will be black. Me? White all the way. I remember mum making me try black tea (that’s how she liked it), yes I threw up 🤣

Yeah think I remember her saying that too - doubt she drinks it a lot though. She does try to avoid dairy so she definitely doesn’t drink coffee as much as me 😂

I guess she changes up her coffee from time to time, but she very recently said that she has her coffee with double cream and no sugar. I guess, maybe when she's not singing she has it with the double cream and no sugar because she doesn't have to worry about having dairy when she's not singing. When she's in singing mode, that's probably when she has her coffee black with sugar and she probably only uses sugar with the black coffee, because it's utterly disgusting without it. :sick: That's my theory on the conflicting answers anyways. :)

The TV ad in 1999 was for C-Vitamin.

Well I'm posting in this section anyways... I just want to ask anyone if they know what ever happened to Celine's shoes that she donated to The Manulife Centre: Ron White Store back in 2011? Are they still at this store, or did someone buy them? Also where is this store located? I would love to be able to go and view these shoes personally, if they are still there. :)
