I am almost certain I've posted this before, but some things are just THAT good it's worth repeating! lol This is hands down one of my favorite performances ever. How can you not be put in a good mood by watching it? :wub:

Random question?

 

I don’t speak French but always wondered if Celine always rambles in French like she does in English or does it flow more?

 

I love her ramberlings anyway but always wondered this..

Yeah she does, it's just who Céline is :) Check Condors The Subtitler page on Youtube :)

 

 

If Celine did What's in my Bag(Celeberties say what's in their Bag) it would be the funniest thing ever.

 

It's somewhere on Instagram I think, she opened her bag during the Brown store event in Montréal in August. She doesn't carry much for events.

Robin Leach also took a peak in her bag a year ago. She had a tissue, a $100 bill and some 1 more thing if I remember correctly.

She also said she usually carries her phone with her but she was in a rush (in Montréal/Brown) so she forgot it. Not many have her phone number. She mentioned that her sister and RC have it

Of course they speak English!

McGill is an English-language university. All courses are in English, though you can chose to take your exams in either English or French. The law school, however, is bilingual - you're expected to be fluent in both languages and they teach both civil and common law. I'm fairly sure the hospital is mostly anglophone, though this being Montreal, you can probably easily get by in either language.

 

I would highly recommend Montreal over Toronto (full disclosure - I'm from Toronto but did my undergrad degree at McGill). It's a wonderful city, especially in the summer, and the university is top-notch.

@Peppercorn - Céline can sure ramble in French too but I find she's more to the point than in English.

P.S. And bless Clara Hughes for making Bell Let's Talk as big as it is today.

(For those who don't know, Clara is a Canadian athlete and one of only 5 people to medal at both summer and winter Olympics - in cycling and speed skating. She is the most-decorated Canadian Olympian and is an all-around amazing human! :) )

Well Julie is 50, pretty much the same as Céline.

But Julie had some "work" done... She doesn't look much like what she used to.

Clara and everyone else involved in the Bell Let's Talk program, including the dedication of everyone who take the time to get the conversation going contributes to how massive this has gotten. Clara of course is a driving force and is an amazing woman. I am so proud we have such a program that encourages people to talk about mental stigma to help break down the barriers, open conversation and make those struggling aware they are not alone.

Yeah from interviews in the 90's and current interviews, I would never know it was the same person.
