I was just wondering, Can anyone on this forum do that crazy pretzel leg move that Celine does onstage during The Show Must Go On?

 

I've seen these challenges with different celebrities that are going viral lately, like the Aria Grande CD cover pose, and Mariah Carey's invisible chair pose and I think to myself that these people got nothing on Celine.

 

I hope one of Celine's crazy poses become a viral challenge. These other celebrity pose challenges made it onto places like E! and The Talk, where the hosts of the shows were actually trying to do the poses and everything. I would love to see any of them try to do Celine poses. LOL.

This has got to be the best live performance every from 2017!!! Isn't she amazing!! The way she sang Refuse To Dance gave me chills! For anyone who says her voice is worn out is wrong!!! She's amazing for going on 50 and will stay amazing!!!! I'm in love with this medley so much!!!

Garou is currently hosting 'Destination Eurovision' to select France's candidate for the contest. Would be a great opportunity to reconnect with Céline. I somehow doubt it, but would be cool.

 

Regardless, I really really hope she's planning to do something for ESC this year. It's been exactly 30 years since her victory and the show gaining in popularity with a younger crowd in Europe (and Australia!). It used to be so totally uncool, but people are watching it with a newfound appreciation now. So having Céline on there would totally fit. It could be an immense boost in fact, because Europeans haven't really rediscovered Céline the way American audiences have.

i'm new to the forum so i'm sorry if this has been asked before!

 

i'm looking to get .mp3s of some of céline's albums that are not available on itunes in the us. mainly s'il suffisait d'aimer, live à paris, and sans attendre.

 

does anyone know where i can get digital downloads of these in the us? i'll pay for them obviously, they're just not on itunes here :unsure:

It would be great if Céline would perform her new single at Eurovision. This year it's in Lisbon (Portugal) on May 12...

That would be major promotion for all of Europe (+Australia) in ONE stop!! (And she won't be back in Vegas until May 22... fingers crossed).

hi there fellow newbie, nice to meet you!! im a newbie here too lol!!

 

oh wow, sorry i wish i knew where to find mp3 files for some of celines french songs & rare/unreleased songs that are also NOT available on itunes USA, but unfortunately i dont, again so sorry!!

 

the only way i get to listen to her french songs & the unreleased songs is by listening & "watching" the youtube videos for the songs, (most dont have actual visuals cause they are "AUDIO videos", but its MUCH BETTER THAN NOTHING AT ALL!! i just wish that at least some of celines french music (especially HER BIG HITS) were available on itunes USA, but unfortunately it seems the USA in general will basically NEVER embrace celines french repetoire at this point in her career (as pretty much proven when the USA general public had IGNORED the release of "ENCORE UN SOIR" from 2016 which to me was such a SHAME & still is!!) but i digress lol...

 

(& just to give you a heads up, i have been using this forum for a few weeks now & it seems like many of the other members on here do NOT warm up to newbies like us very easily, as only a FEW people have even responded to me since i have started posting... but im gonna stick around & hopefully that will all CHANGE for the better lol)

 

again nice to meet you, & i have no problems talking to fellow newbies, so im around if you ever wanna chat, have a great evening!!

 

The U.S. doesn't have these albums available for digital download so your best bet is to buy the CD from online! That's what I've had to do!

Do you (not brandon_vincent, but noellemarie) have Spotify?

Or another streaming company?

Spotify is the way I listen to albums right now, mostly in the car. But I also have, and want, the physical albums.

I just use iTunes for my albums! I don’t stream my Céline music!!

I did have Apple Music at one point so you could always try that just to get the basics and then buy the rare albums :-)

I probably shouldn't post this and no offense to Mariah fans but Mariah definitely can't be compared to Celine :sofunny: :sofunny: I just want to say that I'm proud of our Celine because she always takes very good care of her voice and is grounded!! Mariah probably had a bad moment here but Celine has never failed vocally. Sure she has her moments but she slays it :-)
