I think they are a little confused about the Ellen bit. Celine said she had 3000 pairs of shoes, just in her house in that interview. Not in total. She and Ellen were talking specifically about her closet. I don't think she bought 7,000 pairs of shoes in 4 years lol.

Celine has always been very loose about numbers and dates. She often gets them wrong. I wouldn't take literally anything she says about the number of shoes she has (though I'm sure she has an insane amount). I highly doubt she has counted them.

 

10,000 shoes would be a new pair of shoes every single day for 27 years. I'm just doubting that even Celine has *that* many shoes.

She enters a shop and she points with her finguer this, this, that, those, and etc, so it's not that hard for her to order, say 15-20 new pair of shoes every time she goes shopping! :wacko: And today ordering online via catalogue is even easier :giggle:

 

So... I wouldn't underestimate her when she says that :P

I'm sure Céline hasn't counted how many shoes she has, but the twins probably have... That's how Céline teaches them to count! :-D

people are very positive in the last threads, talking about how great is her voice, the diversity of her song choices, the fact that she doesn't do lipsync, All of this in a few hours. It is really a joy to read only positive things . Will you stop that , i'm tired , i want some negativity.

You got me all excited, went to the other topics to finally see something positive about her voice but couldn't find any :pinch:

i get that there is some complaints, but nothing positive is hard to understand. When we just had Immortality, her glorious presence at the met gala, two of the best things she has ever done. Complaining about her voice , even before her tour when there is still nothing to say because it is not done. Taking some instagram videos to say she lost it ans that she is LAZY......Is it possible to wait , hear and then complain , in that order.

I could not agree with you more!! I almost want to put that into my signature :hmm: It's very tiring. We should just have one topic where they can complain all they want.

I always thought it may have been because it had already been on the Olympia album, and the Paris album was also at a time when anglophones were becoming more aware of her French stuff.

I was so upset they cut so much from the live cd, for me especially LBDB. I thought this was one of the highlights of the concert, the audience singing etc. Loved it - still love it. But as this was also on Olympia I can understand why it wasn't included on the cd.

Wish they'd rerelease the cd - in full!

wish they had gone with that theory for the Live in Vegas and Taking Chances CD, instead of including the regular rotation songs and removing some of the ones we never got released on a live CD.

I was thinking the same but I think it's not since the curtains are more see through than at the greenroom/meet and greet.. I think it's at their home.

So does Tyler Joseph( Twenty one pilots) like Celine or her band because he says he doesn't like her as a singer and only likes her band. But recently Tyler Joseph found out that Celine is going to perform at the Billboard music awards and he was really excited.

I am wondering if Celine was always so zany but chose not to be so frenetic and silly in public/TV appearances....or whether her personality changed a little.

 

Definitely in the early 2000s, I'd say maybe around 2004, she began to show her inner awkward and weirdness a lot more in public. She was always super talkative before that, but something extra was added on. Now she is known for being a little bonkers--of course while also being adored as the amazing, kind, talented person she is.

I think that she has always been a little crazy. René called her a clown. I think after she got more comfortable in the media, she could let go a bit and be her self.

I have just blocked someone here for the very first time. It feels liberating not having to read more posts from that person lol
