[I Drove All Night!]

Super random... I was listening to the demo version of PQTME from the 15th anniversary edition and I SWEAR you can hear JJG very softly singing "PQTME" towards the end of the song. I'm assuming he was alongside her helping direct her through the song during this recording. Listen below around 3:26, right after Céline sings "Je me changerai en or pour que tu m'aimes encore...." and let me know if you can hear it too or if I'm just going crazy:

 

 

Another thing I noticed when listening to the demos from D'Eux, remember during Céline Face a Dion, JJG said something about telling Céline that she doesn't need to roll her Rs... I really think you can tell a difference between the demo version of PQTME and the final recording in terms of how enunciated her Rs are.... interesting.

SuperRandom. I was just thinking that Celine really needs a new music video that people can relate to. On my avatar here, and on other forums (even non celine related) I have a screencap from PQTME, because the melody, the lyrics and the video truly touched my, soul. It's weird. Somehow I feel like she's the beacon of my life and I need to move on, find something new, a new identity? I don't know. PQTME speaks to me about desperation, doing anything for others. Celine needs a music video for many songs that are craving to have one. In a digital era where everything is shown in short videos in social networks, it's a total shame that when you want to show a Celine Dion song that is great and you want to do it in the form of a video, there's not a single performance nor an official videoclip done to that song.

 

There's a feeling of helplessness when you want to show your friends a Celine song and it has no video at all, or there's just ONE performance and the quality is awful in its best case

Some songs are much better if they're left to be performed only live, and in Céline's case, "Calling You" is one of them. Same as "At Seventeen". Would this songs add something if they were recorded in studio? Would they surpass the live performance? Nope. Then leave them as they were, on the stage.

 

Céline has the bad habit to record in the studio songs after she has performed them first live. She would only have to do this if she's going to add something else to that studio version, or outdo the live performance. But this has rarely ever happened, since we know most of the times she used to beat the studio songs with her amazing live performances (at least that was the case in the 90's )

 

But what she did with At Seventeen... Oughhh, she should have left the Grammy performance as it was, because the studio version added just nothing.

Just saw a preview for entertainment tonight and they said she will be on tonight it was part of the gma interview or at least the same outfit. She said something about watching him suffer and how there is nothing worse.

It's been four months since Céline Dion lost "the love of [her] life" René Angélilto throat cancer at age 73.

 

Though she's dealing with unimaginable heartbreak, the singer tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story, "I really, really want to prove to my kids their mother is strong." For Dion, work has become her safe haven. She'll be taking the stage at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards to receive the Icon award and performing a cover of Queen's "The Show Must Go On," a song title that had a strong significance in the couple's romance and work relationship.

 

"René always insisted the show must go on," the mother of three shared. "You know what, I'm 48 years old and I lost the love of my life. I miss him a lot from when he was great but not when he was suffering. I cannot be selfish. You have to let people go. I feel at peace."

Angélil, who guided Dion's career as her manager and mentor, had battled three bouts of cancer, leading his wife to put her career on hold multiple times to care for her husband's health issues.

 

He was first diagnosed with throat cancer in 1999. In December 2013, doctors removed a tumor, but the cancer returned in 2014.

 

"It's been a long, long journey," Dion said about caring for her late husband. "We were living in hope, knowing that there's no hope." The couple first met when Dion was just a 12 year old girl in Montreal. They would go on to spend 21 years of marriage together and have three children, René-Charles, 15, and 6-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy.

 

After learning that his cancer had returned for the third time, Dion says she and Angélil braced themselves for the inevitable. "I'm not the type of person who's going to say, 'I know he's going to make it,' " she recalls.

 

As the cancer got worse, speaking became very difficult for her love. "There were times when I was very, very scared and he'd write me 'The end is near, I feel it.' I would go back and say 'How can you say that? Are you in more pain?' Now I know it's possible for someone dying to feel when it comes," Dion says.

 

While living every day without her husband has been difficult, Dion says, "he left me with all of his strength. Every day we live with him, just not physically. I'm thankful that he does not suffer anymore." As her manager Angélil would often say "the show must go on," her decision to return to the stage has been "therapeutic" as she moves forward.

 

"It's what René would have wanted. We all miss him. But we're doing fine."

Whooo! New pictures! The one of her on the chair looks great, I love her in a good pair of jeans! I'll admit that the cover photo isn't the best.... the lighting is terrible and she looks more like she's grimacing than smiling... Oh well. Happy to see our girl everywhere!

She is so amazing!!! I love her! I love those new pictures as well, and I'm glad she was able to be on these magazines!

Talk about looking young and good? This is what Alix Malka and Annie Horth should learn. Just a pair o jeans, from time to time, won't hurt her. Even for an official album photoshoot! What I wouldn't give to see a picture like this in one of her upcoming album booklets! But no, we'll get another damn, boring black&white photoshoot, same 2012 photo session part II

 

Since 2003 when she started her parfum line, all the best pictures go to her parfums and magazines; the worst and most uninspiring are for her albums.

 

That said, I absolutely love this look, it takes her 5-10 years off
