According to the new show program, the people who suggested her kids would run her social media were not entirely off base: Patrick is now in charge of her social media accounts.

they were talking about it on radio here in a program specialized in technology and social media. what they said:

 

they are perfectly aware there was a big problem with the social media. Aldo and the team.

 

Patrick is in charge of the social media, but they go slowly and thay want to keep it honest, this is why it is written Team Celine on the tweetes, to show it is not really Celine who is making the comment. And they know it probably won't happen in the future, Celine is not very good with that and her cell phone is closed 95% of the time.

 

They are working on a new website for Celine, Patrick made jokes saying it was a testament of what it was like in the 90's...They began wanting to make changes but now it probably will be completly new, they were thinking to be ready with the new show, but it took more time, won't be long.

 

Instagram : they will put some pictures , new things . They are trying to not make mistakes also, they take their time.

 

At least, they are working on it.

Thanks for sharing that! Patrick is making a great start! It's not perfect, but it's about a million times better than what it was before.

 

(I guess Patrick didn't mention whether the versatile water bottle will be the centerpiece of the new website?)

Waiting for celine to start! Sad its my last show of hers for a while. I've really really enjoyed the first 2 shows. :)

Random question...the David Foster and Celine best of album....is this album worth buying if I have all the songs on previous albums? I have read that some people say there are a few changes in some of the songs....what changes are in the songs that are not on other albums? Is everyone a bit different than the album version? Vocals? Instrumental only? I see its out of print but available from sellers but before I buy it I would like to know if the changes are worth buying it or if the changes are really that significant..thank you! Any info with detail on the changes would be very much appreciated..thank you!

It's little instrumental changes. Like for TPOL, there are added drums at the beginning to mimic the way that it's performed live and the guitar is a little different. ABM has no percussion until the second verse and has no piano around the big note, which differs from the original album version. I Surrender is a tiny bit longer and there are some adlibs at the end that we couldn't hear before (not by much though). And there are other little re-mastering differences in the other songs, but are really minimal. And of course, IICD is only available on this CD. In my opinion, it's worth buying, it's a nice collection of songs and is a nice breath of fresh air from the songs that we've heard over and over again.

All the Way -- the Greatest Hits album -- is on iTunes now!! So excited!! I've checked a million times, and it's never been on there before.

 

I got the cassette tape of ATW when it first came out in '99, but I could never bring myself to buy it again on CD, since I had already all the older songs on other CDs, and TTWII on Collector's Series, and I didn't even like several of the other new songs. But now I can get IWCT without buying the whole album! (They make ATW itself Album Only. Grr!)

She did say something about You Tube and watching a video of Whitney and saying she remembered they were supposed to do a duet together. So she probably has at least once?

They were supposed to do a duet together? Gah, she left too early. (Just like a lot of people.) I've always wished she would do I Will Always Love a You or I Have Nothing in Vegas. Could be SO magical!

I wonder why they never sang together. Or with Mariah, since they were THE biggest Divas in the 90s. Mariah and Whinthey did, though. Maybe because they were competitors?
