Richard Gauthier, the photographer and longtime collaborator of Celine Dion and René, claims $1.150.000 from the couple for canceling the project "A Photo Exhibition, life of the famous family".

The project was approved by René but on January 20, the photographer received an email by him, saying that they cannot continue with this project. The couple has deadline to respond until Tuesday.

 

 

Something is not going well here, why the project was cancelled!!

 

Well, it was allegedly cancelled in January...not too long after Rene's surgery. Perhaps he just wasn't feeling up to it anymore.

Why has this place bevome a not fun place to share our passion? I think it should be, but we all have so many differing opinions that it can get hard. We just have to practice respect!

He did yes.Opening night March 25th 2003.He died in the November of 2003

A few months ago on here someone posted a video of a guy who copied every move Celine made in the 2005 Larry King interview and played it side by side, I was trying to find it again and now I can't find it for some reason... If someone could help me find the video it would be great!

I did! Can't remember the name of the vid though... It's on some page in the YouTube vids thread.

Thanks! I finally found it but unfortunately the video is private now :( I was telling some friends about it and they wanted to see it. Too bad. It was hilarious in my opinion lol but thank you for helping!!! ;)

I hope she continues to sing but surely she is so creative that she must want to try new things too. Maybe fashion designer? Childrens books? The cooking show was really cool. Wouldn't she be fantastic with an Anthony Bourdain type- world traveler show... Celine meets Cousteau, we know how much she loves water. What would you do if you were her new manager?

That's so funny that you mentioned Anthony Bourdain because I was just watching one of his shows where he went to Quebec and his friend who owns the Sugar Shack, Martin Picard, mentions how much he loves Céline. But I know Bourdain went to Quebec a different time and met up with Piacard and asked him if he would sleep with Céline and he got really offended. I thought that was pretty funny. It looked like he was going to punch Bourdain or something! Does anybody else know who I'm talking about?

Funny how people get offended. I like Bourdain because he has real conversations with people.

Martin Picard has such a big personnality, i'm happy to know he loves Celine so much, would never have guessed

Two separate tracks. The Columbia (COL 471508 9) release, anyway. I don't know about the Epic one, but I imagine it'll be two separate tracks again. I didn't realise the US version had both the Introduction and Love Can Move Mountains blended into one track.

it's obvious that they think one can never have enough best of with the same songs. Add a new cover (old photo shoot of course) and change the order of the songs and voila a new compilation. Lol
