Seems like Britney fans are wanting a refund after paying $2500 for a meet and greet and getting 3 seconds of her time. They couldn't even give her gifts...what is that about? She barely even spoke lol.

The funniest thing is that we were at a pizza parlor this evening and he started doing it for fun, and I was: OMG Littleames and I were talking about that last night! And he was Who??? I said, a dear forum friend. So I said, quick, take a picture! :laugh:

Thank God Celine does not use that kind of system.

Just goes to show how much Celine does love and appreciate her fans. I love her soooo much. She makes time for us, to say hello, hold a persons hand, and even time for a picture to be taken with her. What an amazing woman and singer. The best there is.

I thought she was 16, and she was taken out after the Yamaha competition. I am guessing that because I think in her book she had discussed how much she liked Rene at that point and she was worried he would see her report card (because he went to the school to speak to the principal and take her out of school, and the principal had presented Rene her report card in an envelope. One version of the story has him not even opening the envelope and seeing the grades, because he insisted it didn't matter, it was best for her career to be taken out of school. The other version has him opening the envelope, and saying something like it's not like she could learn less if she were taken out--because she had poor grades (granted, she was missing like 20 days a month sometimes because of work)). In both versions of the story, the principal was told she earned in one month what it took her father an entire year to earn [yes, these versions are both from authorized biographies]. So, I am pretty sure this happened after Yamaha. But, her book also mentions that she had a curriculum designed for her, so she could study and work, so I am not entirely sure when she was finished with school completely.

But, I think she turned out just fine without the diploma, haha (not saying I do not value education, just that I do not think learning is confined to a building or a set period of a life). Besides, she has a doctorate now

Well, now I am not sure. I just googled it, and I get everything from "high school drop out" to she didn't enter high school at all, to she was 15 when she dropped out, and then other sources saying 16. So, I am changing my answer of 16 years old to a guesstimate haha.

I didn't realize she was that young when she had such serious feelings for Rene. Not that 16 is old, but when you read her book she approached it so maturely that it's hard to believe she was that young (no one turn this comment into drama, I am not implying anything at all). But, I guess it is probably because she was only really around adults.
