Québecflower, here's the movie poster, but please don't show it to anyone, as it's top secret. The movie slogan was supposed to be, "When her lucky number turns deadly, there's Only One Road to perdition" :laugh:

 

But I changed it to something more emblematic.

Just turned on New Year's Rockin Eve on ABC and was astonished to see a clip of Celine singing The Power of Love in 1995 (on the AMAs, I think). They're apparently counting down the 30 greatest women in music. Celine was 28, which is absurdly low, but still exciting to see her so unexpectedly like that! :clap:

Just turned on New Year's Rockin Eve on ABC and was astonished to see a clip of Celine singing The Power of Love in 1995 (on the AMAs, I think). They're apparently counting down the 30 greatest women in music. Celine was 28, which is absurdly low, but still exciting to see her so unexpectedly like that! :clap:

For the record, as we know she wouldn't be able to hurt anyone, even if it's fake for a movie, she'd enlist the help of the Butler who appeared on the 2003 Oprah episode.

This thread is HILARIOUS, and that picture of the knife and poster literally had me :sofunny: . I can never look at the LTAL cover the same way!

 

But on a serious note -- what you said about Celine not even being able to fake-hurt someone while acting-- I was thinking about that recently, watching Des Fleurs Sur La Neige. At the end of the miniseries, Celine's character (after being abused all her life and treated horribly by parents, stepfather, husband, etc) starts abusing her own baby. She eventually gives up the baby, at least temporarily, because she can't care for it properly. I don't think Celine would have been able to act that role -- even knowing it was just acting and no one was actually being hurt - after having children of her own. Interesting, though.

I could not take when Celine put the sharp part of the safety pin to the baby's thigh. Ugh!! I could not take that but I realized it was just the character in the movie.

Celine will be more appreciated later, i think there is people who have difficulty because she is so humble about her talent, they think it is easy singing like that. Anyway, we know.
