Remember Celine's reaction when Rosie O'donnell didn't like golf. Celine completly freaked out and started yelling things in French. That's one of the only times Celine has acted truly mad.

Nah, she wasn't mad. THey even had Rosie speaking back to her in French, reading it from a prompter. If you want to see Celine mad on a talk show, look at her reaction when Ellen asked her about cutting RC's hair. She may not have been "mad" but she definitely wasn't happy.

She wasn't really mad . .she was just mock-acting mad to be funny. They were both laughing . . the fact that Rosie doesn't like golf and Celine does is a long-running joke between them.

It was funny! It use to be on Youtube but not anymore. It's on Dailymotion though.

I didn't know about this 2002 TV show, where she closed performing Ten Days :w00t: It's strange that they promoted Ten Days up to 3 times in different TV specials and it wasn't released a single at least for France :down:

Oh goodness... This is another example of why I think she was trying to "find her way" again after returning to showbiz after having RC. There were a lot of things around that time that made me go "Oh honey... no." Mainly her clothes, hair and several of the tracks on ANDHC. Thankfully it didn't last long. But this... this is special... even if she was just goofing around. :D

Well she can't certainly please everyone, but its precisely those songs and those clothes what I miss the most in her today, in my opinion she has never looked more young and beautiful than in 2002 with those clothes! :in_love: The jeans, the short sleeves, the colorful outfits, she looked amazing. With this album and with Taking Chances its the only time she has looked a woman of her age. During all the ANDHC promotion she looked exactly like a beautiful woman of 34 years old. With other albums, she either looked old-fashioned or she looked like her grandmother. Today she looks good, but she's went again to the "old lady" style I think: too much elegance and sophisticated long dresses everywhere, when she could be dressing more young :innocent:

 

And about the songs... I can only say that ANDHC was a number 1 album in more than 17 countries, one for each song included in the album! :P I think that speaks for itself, she has never repeated such success, not even close :)

She's certainly never going to please everyone... and I should be at the bottom of the list of people she wants to please. :D Just my opinion.

 

I think she looks great today. I feel that she's finally "come into her own" in her 40s. You're right about her dressing much older than her age in previous years. She's finally been able to mix class with showing the world she's a sexy woman.

Haha, is Rene wearing a Celine T-shirt under his suit jacket at the rehearsal the night before? He's always dressed so formally . .that's pretty funny!

Do y'all ever notice that many times she doesn't wear a wedding ring? Just noticed that with all these pictures. I guess she knows that everyone knows she's married by now :laugh:

I have noticed a lot of famous/celebrities don't wear it when doing "work" related things. Even a lot of professionals like doctors, police officers, even some teachers don't wear their wedding rings to work.

I wish she still wore her first wedding ring sometimes. That one was lovely and delicate and classy . . . I don't really like any of the huge ones she's been wearing the last several years . .I think they look much too big and just silly. I wonder if Rene buys them as gifts or if Celine chooses them herself .
