That looks like it's from the interview she did with Rene, where he said 'Happy wife; Happy life', lol! I think it was Michel Jasmin, but I always get him and Michel Drucker mixed up. 2008, I think, could be wrong though!

It was from an interview she did with Michel Jasmin for his 1000th interview in January 2010. That is where René mentioned the whole ''Happy Wife, Happy Life'' thing. :)

Wish the English fans could understand those, I think she probably gives some of her best/most informative interviews in French.

I have a question I have always wanted answered...does anyone know why, in EuroVision 1988, why did she represent Switzerland and not Canada? I am sure there's a perfectly good explanation for this but still wonder...

Also, what is this frog connection she has? Anyone know why?

I think it's because it's the Eurovision and it's only Europeen countries that can participate. :thumbsup:

The main reason of course is because Switzerland (the writers of that particular song) asked her to! Then she won the round to represent the Swiss.

Lots of countries outside Europe participate now - and almost all of them hate the UK. :cry: So unfair. COME ON BLUE!!! :giggle:

The predictable album in benefit of the Japan disaster has been announced, it's called "Songs For Japan" and it will be released early in April.

 

Unfortunately our Céline didn't make in it, and I can't understand because if you see the artists in the tracklist, is very varied and it includes both legends as well as many recent artists too. Even artists like Enya with no public life and such a modest discography (her last studio album was from 2005) and other newbbies are here, but not Céline :cry:

 

It's frustrating because I think things like these prove in some way or another that she's not as close as she was to the music industry in the past :cry: . They don't count on her for these things now :ermm: .

Where the heck are the old "A New Day..." and "Taking Chances World Tour" sections gone??????

 

I mean, I know they are out of date but I hope they haven't been permanently deleted?? That would be such a pity!!! :( :cry:

They are on the main page but a bit lower than what they used to be.
