if it's a girl, i would say either Therese or Karine. I could actually picture her having a daughter named Karine! ^_^

I'm guessing she'll name it after someone she loves But its middle name will probably be Marie or Joseph, right? Because all her family has that. It's kind of weird talking about this, I just hope she's able to have a baby at all...but I want it to be a girl too

Edit: I hope it's not called Apple, either. Or Pear, or Mango, or anything fruity haha. And not Celine-Charles, please.

For some reason I can't imagine her naming the baby after herself. :hmm: I could be totally wrong, but it was different when she named RC after Rene, kind of like that was her tribute to him or something...and it seems more common for boys to do that, like Rene I, Rene II, Rene III etc...

Anyway, out of procrastination, I Googled...and her other Grandparents names are Adelard, Esther, and Ernestine. :blink:

Isn't RC's full name Joseph Rene-Charles? At least thats what it says in her autobiography. I think it was joseph...I know there was something before rene-charles lol. Anyway, I mean, maybe she'll use her first name as the middle name if it's a girl. No sense in guessing yet I suppose.

I have an observation/question : Celine always holds her microphone in her left hand even though she is right handed....I wonder if this is one of her superstitions or just that she prefers to hold it in her left hand ?

But she seems to use the left hand/arm more in other conditions, such as holding the microphone, her jaw and sometimes her baby

When I take a baby, it's more comfortable to hold it with the left hand, and with the right one I can clean his nose, or give food

Ok, my understanding of the whole Joseph Rene-Charles/ Rene-Charles Joseph thing: (and I'm sure someone could do a better job at explaining this than I will, so feel free, anyone?!)

Joseph is like his middle name, because nobody would ever call him that. It's just the way it's written in that culture or something. (I think? This is what I was told!) They write the middle name before the first name...like they would write Marie Celine in some cases, instead of Celine Marie.

Yeah! It's reasonable to say that right hand needs to do other things for the baby! Sorry, I didn't realised that cuz I have never got the chance to take care of a baby, though that will be cute! But as to holding the microphone, why there are still many other singers do so with their right hands? :confused:

It's a good tradition to give the children already-existing names in their family. But why not think about a brand new name? Like Celine, her mother named her it because of a popular song in that year. It's so sweet and memorable that presents it a historic sense. I love that way:) So maybe Celine could name her child according to some of her songs or her life experience...then it will really be symbolic and full of meanings, I guess :wub:

Here's something random:

Has there been any thoughts or comments regarding Celine's hairstyle throughout the Taking Chances tour? Looking at all the photos recently, her extensions (I guess that's what she's wearing) are starting to bug me - in terms of style & the hair colour is a little horrible It doesn't look "as natural" at all!! I sort of have to cringe when I see recent tour pictures (lol - don't mind me!)

I really loved her hair in the beginning of the tour and her natural short-ish hair.....

yeah...I kind of wonder why doesn't she change her hairstyle for so long? (more than one year) Is it because she wants to pursue a stable image throughout the tour so that we can easily identify that period? Generally speaking, I like almost all her hairstyles except the short curly one in 2004. It doesn't mean that I hate the short hair. She was great with straight short hair in 1995/1996. Still Remember?

In her profile, it says her favorite perfume is Channel #5. But I think practically, she will choose diverse perfumes just like shoes&clothes

Her faorite fast food is French fries, hot dogs, pizza. She said so in an interview, I remember.

In an interview she said "Imagine", John Lennon. It was something on VH1, I don't remember exactly which one. But on another one she said I Believe I can Fly, R.Kelly.
