I think it was Piece of Me, I remember it was around the time that was popular. I was seriously dumbfounded...first off, it's bad enough that he think Britney has a great voice, but then still thinking she has a great voice after listening to CELINE f****** DION?! I wanted to disown him lol

One question puzzles me that why Celine haven't perfromed the song Then You Look At Me even one time? That's an unbelievable song. In 1999,she performed allthe new songs expect this song and If walls Could Talk.

Can someone please help me!!!!!! I'm trying to find the picture of Celine and Rene praying that is in black and white. I've searched my whole inbox and my 16 microsoft word Celine files and I can't find it. I wanted to use it for a picture for my Gov. project showing the first amendment example, freedom of religon and I wanted that picture. Can someone please help me find it?? It's the one of them praying in black and white. Thank you so much. It's due Friday. thank you in advance for your help!

 

 

it's not black and white. but they are praying. but I don't know who made the pic and if you can use it for a project!!

I wasn't aware that they attended church on a regular basis at all, its not mentioned in any of her biography's. I mean they may but I don't think they do.

I think when she was a kid they didn't go to church regularly, because her Mama was mad at the priest for asking when she was gonna have more children.

And in For Keeps Celine said she would like to attend church regularly, but at the moment she just doesn't have time. She said she likes laying down on the chairs, because it's relaxing...But I don't think you're meant to do that!!! :nono: Most priests get annoyed if you fall asleep sitting up (which I've done several times LOL), so I can only imagine how annoyed they'd be if you layed down :laugh: ...anyway, it's page 108.

 

Chadiedls- I don't know. Maybe others don't know either, we're not trying to ignore you.

:ermm: Um no, no one was ignoring you. I didn't know the answer to the question and maybe the people who have read this topic didn't know either. So don't get mad, sometimes my questions don't get answered either but its not because people ignore them its because they don't know the answer.

Well there are several things..but her amazing voice is the first one I love the most!

and I like the fact that she really loves her fans and she is not arrogant and shows not much diva behaviour, like she could be one of us.

I guess this song is not so easy to perform live. It's very high. And the note at the end needs ALOT of air in the lungs :wink:

 

But that's just a guess. Maybe she simply didn't like it anymore?!

I agree on TYLAM. It's a tough song. I think with the position she was in at the time the album was released and being promoted, it wouldn't have made sense for her to perform it. The only time it could have been performed at was the lip syncing extravaganza aka ATW special, which that wouldn't make sense either: perform a hard song live but lip something as easy as The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face and All The Way...

 

I also don't care for the TATST special. How can that be a Christmas Concert when only 3 1/2 of the 9 songs are actually Christmas releated (and most are lipped except maybe that Rosie O'Donnell duet which wasn't even on the album and maybe that shortened version of TATST). I think it would have been so much better to have LIVE renditions of 8 songs, and then have MHWGO... MHWGO is understandable since it was the talk of that time and people would certainly be expecting it; but TPOL, BYLM, TFTEISYF, LTAL...why the hell were they included? Oh well, considering they (minus TPOL) were actually live I won't complain to much. I would die to hear a live rendition of Don't Save It All.

so yesterday I was watching my nine month old niece and she was getting fussy so I started showing her video's on my cellphone and I get down to MHWGO from the Columbus show and she starts smiling, giggling and kicking her legs and tossing her arms around! :bounce: I was so happy lol. She did it everytime I would show her a video of Celine on my phone :w00t: I was like omg she likes Celine! and of course my dad was like 'She's just laughing at her' I told him to shut up, my friend told me Tori was just laughing because she thinks Celine looks funny. I saw the segment on 60 Minutes as well. The footage caught me off guard but it was great to see her on TV.
