The readers' comments at the bottom of that article are SO nasty! It makes me so angry at them for thinking it's just fine to say whatever they like about someone they don't know behind a screen. And it's so ridiculous that they say she looks ill or old etc - any woman her age without a full face of make up looks like she does! Or usually much worse! She is ageing incredibly well and has perfect skin! My mum is stunning, is older than Céline, yet without her makeup she looks this way! Also, those who commented that she needs to eat more... many people have metabolisms that cause them to be really slim no matter what they eat. It's just ignorant to say that. I know Céline will never see those comments but it does make me angry.

If you are that triggered by some anonymous person's comments you need to take a step back and priotitize what's important in your life.

There are plenty of videos on YouTube which break copyright and IP laws. Just because YouTube hasn't gotten around to taking down yours and the others doesn't mean they are legal. I am sure if you read the fine print on your ticket (electronic or tangible formats), you will find verbage stating photography and video recording are not allowed.

 

Years ago, Kathy Griffin (or her team) posted an image of mine to promote a show of hers. They did so without notifying me. Sometimes, you just have to take it as a compliment. Furthermore, when you post ANYTHING to the Internet, you have to resign yourself to the fact there will ALWAYS be a chance of someone lifting "your" material for their gain. If you don't want to run that risk, I recommend you not upload anything online unless your account(s) is "private."

No it's not that PQTMAE is very important for French people. We have a very special connection with the song, because it was the first for many of us and for his writer JJG.

As for DUAM & Terre - I didn't even include them lol. I only included Destin because of the guitar solo which I've always adored.

Unique may not be the right word. I would say it's euphoric to be present in that situation, where an entire stadium is singing one of the most beloved love songs on the planet. It truly is. I don't ever find it tired or old when there's something that brings people together.

I absolutely LOVE both "Dans un autre monde" and "Terre." HOWEVER, I would be more than happy if songs such as "A cause," "Cherche encore," "Piaf chanterait du rock," "Je ne veux pas," "Je lui dirai," "Les jours comme ca" and "L'etoile" took their place.

Thank for express better than me than what I try to say. My English isn't so good. The important thing is the way to sing not the numbers of times, you sing a song. And PQTMAE last year was a truly moment of communion in France but also in Quebec.

It is a big encore for the fans who are there in the moment, most of whom are most likely not like you and in fact love the song, as "tired" as it may be.

When a song is one that most of the audience anticipates, then it only makes sense to put it toward the end. I think it's magical to be there in person every time she sings it.
