So exciting that Vegas is coming to a close soon. I'm sure she is going to soak it in -- and then A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS.

 

I've been listening to her Celine Dion album and it's just sublime. I was reading somewhere that RuPaul's favorite Celine song is "Nothing Broken But My Heart" and it's been a reminder of what a force Celine was in the 90s -- and she has so many more songs in her repertoire that folks even realize.

 

I hope that her new English album will reflect that early 90s sound while simultaneously sounding fresh and encompassing songs about where she is TODAY. I honestly feel like the albums should be about feeling empowered and strong -- because I think that's where she is now. She's a fashion Icon and she is embarking on this new chapter without Rene. That's a HUGE deal for her and it will be fun for us, as fans, to watch.

 

Everything is going to feel so fresh and new in the remainder of 2019 and into 2020 and beyond. Fingers crossed for a huge world tour! And, all the while, I hope she holds onto what (artistically) makes Celine Dion Celine Dion (like the sound she perfected in those Iconic albums from the 90s!) while also embracing brand new moments and discoveries.

So Celine contricuted a lot to the making of the second residency. I'm glad to hear that cause I really love this show as well.

Can't wait to see what her future shows will be like with the new songs.

I don't really like social media either, sometimes I find it annoying when people post random things like posting a photo of a cup of tea out of nowhere, but looks like it was the best tool for celebrities to creates engagement with fans or new fans, especially millenials, they have to see a celebrities frequently to appreciate their works, most of them don't want to like anything that other people don't talk about.

So yeah, it might be not my cup of tea, but as long as it's good for promotion, I won't complain
