Opening with TPOL...what is this 1997? ugh...they are not even trying to leave with a bang! although her Vegas setlist was NEVER cool or hip...full of tourists who don't know her repertoire...thats why she makes so many covers...the last year european setlist THAT was for the fans

Opening with TPOL...what is this 1997? ugh...they are not even trying to leave with a bang! although her Vegas setlist was NEVER cool or hip...full of tourists who don't know her repertoire...thats why she makes so many covers...the last year european setlist THAT was for the fans

 

If she is going to open with playback at least it is a HIT song, an essential that must be performed. I never cared for i surrender. I hated it..(though i love the song). That second performance threw me with the malfunction, but by aug 29th of 15 i was over that song and been praying for it to be dropped since. I felt the same about it that i did "the reason" during the 2011 run. Loved that a different song was performed that had not been in awhile, but to playback a non-essential is just silly. I totally get it with iacbtmn/tpol/abm/mhwgo/bylm because they are required. But not for i surrender, goldfinger, i wish (to name a few).. For songs she CHOOSES to sing, i think it's important they are actually sung.

that audience is soooooooo tame. Compare this with the Macao and Phillipines crowds! They sit and watch a movie in cinema it seems..

Oh she was hilarious Tuesday. That's the night I was there. During BYLM, (you know when she stops to ask if we can sing) a lady was looking for her seat around the 6th row and there were two seats empty FORCHAA and Celine told her to have a seat there. Celine said, "I just upgraded you!" It was hilarious!

The letter speech was hilarious also. After talking about a romance scene with Ryan she says, "It's been a while....." :giggle: (Well to me, that was kind of funny and sad at the same time)

If you couldnt tell from the tweet basically someone kept shouting at Celine during her monologues “Wheres the new album” “tell us about the album” and at one point apparently shouting “just shut up and release the album”. Its been going around on twitter for the past day or two. Whoever it is is an idiot

Wow. Shouting is going to happen at times, I Think it’s disrespectful but the part of saying “just shut up and release the album “ is beyond pathetic and wrong.

 

Did Celine say anything at all to that person?

Lol. He’d also very persistent with his point but wouldn’t be that disrespectful. But whoever it was is most likely clearly a bigger fan than just the causal fan because most people have no idea about a new album in the works.

lol that’s funny :D on the one hand, I’m glad someone FINALLY tired to get her talking about that album, but on the other hand, that „shut up“ was very rude and inappropriate,

 

But maybe that’s why she decided to finally give an interview to tell people what’s going on, before more of them come to Vegas and yell at her :D

Jeez, was beginning to think there was no show on last night cos this thread is soooo quiet haha!

 

Had a dream last night that Celine announced a Queen covers album at this upcoming interview next week, with proceeds going to this United Nations against world hunger campaign. Definitely would seem this interview has something to do with this new ambassador role hence why that woman stated ‘her mission’ on her ig post. I know a lot on here don’t want any more covers but that would be amazing for me, a dream come true literally!!

 

Would tie in well with her out of the blue photo on social media proclaiming her love for Freddie Mercury, although I get that she was only stating that she was going to see the movie lol.
