I'm buying tickets today for the 11/10 show. Anyone else going that weekend?

 

Hopefully the pricing is the same on ticketmaster!

I really like this long intro.. Maybe they should do this again with the current residency show.. I mean it's orchestra. I think it will sound great (since it's the last song make it longer lol) and may add some instrumentals used for the film (i'm listening to Titanic soundtrack/score right now)

 

and maybe Dawn (new back up singer) can have a solo singing (aria) while elise in flute

Anyone else unable to get tickets? Ticketmaster is telling me no tickets are available and to try again on a different device...

 

AXS is selling the tickets - not ticketmaster - no matter what else is being said. On the official Celine Dion website, if you log into Team Celine (I just did) and get your pre-sale code and then click "purchase tickets", it takes you to the AXS website where I was able to select tickets. Hope that helps!

That is weird....because on TC, it takes me to the Ticketmaster site, not AXS....

TC links me to Ticketmaster, and when I searched for the show on AXS, it says tickets go on sale on June 8th, there is no option to get into the presale.

Frustrated right now...trying to get tix and it won't even let me select what orchestra section! AXS would at least let me select that!!! Keeps defaulting me to tickets I don't want. Grrrrrr. I'm assuming nothing is going to change between now and Friday? Or do you think maybe we'll have more selection ability on Friday? This stinks.

 

Edit: And now I'm getting the same error message others are and it won't let me search...says to try on another device. I'm thinking this TC pre-sale is kind of a waste. Maybe I'll wait until Friday.

I'm thinking the same. I'm on the phone with AXS right now, they confirmed that the Colosseum is in fact moving to ticketmaster, so tickets will not be available through AXS. It's impossible to get help from ticketmaster. I really don't want to wait until Friday, Ticketmaster is doing this ridiculous "Platinum" thing where they're selling tickets at a higher price, so I'm now worried about being able to get decent tickets for anywhere near what they used to cost. I wanted Front Orch 2 or 6, where you used to be able to get within the first few rows for $300. I'm worried I'm not going to be able to get that on Friday either, without resorting to this "Platinum" thing where tickets are way more expensive.

Those are the exact sections and price ranges I'm trying to get as well - which was SOOO easy with AXS! I notice Ticketmaster's fees are higher too...well, before they locked me out and told me to try a different device. I don't know why AXS even has dates posted right now stating they will go on sale Friday at noon if they're switching over. They clearly don't have all their stuff organized and together yet. It's frustrating. :( I'm really bummed to think I'll probably never be able to snag my good seats again now that Ticketmaster has control. There's no way I can swing paying more than I had been.

Okay wait, they're avail on ticketmaster now! I can get row HH in FR Orch 5.. Should i do that or risk waiting for a few rows closer in 2 or 6?

 

EDIT: it's giving me the "try a different device" error again.....

I was just about to type the same thing...now it's letting me see exact seats! lol It looks like 2 or 6 are all dimmed out. I just have a feeling maybe those orchestra sections aren't a part of the pre-sale. I think I might just wait until Friday for everything to be opened up maybe? I hate making decisions like this. :(

Well, I think I have officially given up for the pre-sale. I'm going to see what Friday brings when we will hopefully have access to the full theater. *fingers crossed* So with Ticketmaster I'm looking at an additional $30 worth of fees PER TICKET compared to what I was paying through AXS. Nice. *sigh* No option to print your tickets which I liked to do...now it's all mobile. A fee of $6 just for will call pick up!? How silly.

 

Oh Celine, you are the only person I will jump through hoops for to make this all happen. :wub:

The bonus of tickets for Vegas is that the presale starts at 18:00 UK time. I was home and sat at my computer after work when they went on sale and got front orchestra 4 row FF. From what I can tell that's 6th Row right?

Not quite the closest I've been but was very happy with them. Took me a while to work out where they were after I'd bought them and then I still wasn't quite sure.

I have always feared cancellations during the Fall/Winter - everyone is at risk of getting very sick, myself included. It's a risk with any artist during flu season, but a risk I'm willing to take. ;)
