Closer is nothing official unfortunately. Quoting part of Céline's speech when she came back isn't a clear indication that all is well.

Céline is fighting this thing be she needs to take it easy. And PLEASE call her Céline, not Dion. :)

Yeah nobody knows.

But this color does nothing good on her.

 

I know it’s been talked about endlessly and I’m sorry to bring it up but it’s bugging me since she’s come back- what the F is going on with the limp, straw-like, non-hairstyle!? Terrible!! Adds to the beigeness of everything 😶

does anyone have any pictures from front orch around row HH? I want to get an idea of what the view will be like, I've never sat there. More specifically, I'm in front orch 5.. I want to make sure I have a good view before I get too excited :)

Yeah, I precisely commented on this beige colour thing being very similar to the tone of her skin, and that some tan would do good on her because it wasn't looking good all that beige on her pale skin these days, and for that post you called me either "stupid" or "idiot" some months ago. Interesting that you make the same observation some time later, and say it's "terrible". May I call you stupid/idiot now too? :innocent: :hmm: :giggle:

Its time to darken that hair up , now it matches the beigeness and when she wore the yellow dress her hair looked yellow. Whats going on? In 2002 she had 3 very different hairstyles in that one year and now she's stuck in a funk with a not very flattering style.

I have a photo from Orch 2 Row GG I was trying to attach but my phone is being weird right now. You’ll be more centered than that though so you’re good!

thank you guys so much for the updates and pictures :) It is getting me super super excited for Friday and Saturday Celine Weekend :) I highly appreciate y'all taking the time out of your days to update and since she has came back i think she sounds better than ever. I think Celine and her sound guys are just still in process of getting things figured out since the surgery and im so happy she is more confident now than two weeks ago :) to any forum members going friday and saturday Have a blast and so will I :)

When Celine returned it was hear that she was not in top shape for example Think Twice and those high notes on RIVER DEEP. When Celine in good shape, she doesn't sing like that !!! Remember Phoenix 2008 when she lost her voice before the concert! There was a video from that show with such high notes on this song as none on the Taking Chances tour.

 

It’s a different sickness she got there and i think it’s better than now because when you sing in higher notes your throat or vocal cords narrows down that’s why you can sing in high notes so that night since her throat is already closing down so she can sing much higher than she usually does

Guyss just one question...now that the billboard current boxscore is non-functional,where do we get the info on her current shows gross??

the singing is okay but the arrangement def not.that is why it clashes with her voice. I think this life version uses too many monotone chords in the refrain. The chords should follow the melody more. This sing has all the potential to sound great but it just doesn't and i think they should mix more of the normal drums into it. It is now dull and tame. Yes it js recorded by a phone but i can hear there is something lacking imo.

I will say that having seen Céline perform this in person, the videos do not do it justice, as they overly isolate her voice and distort the vocals.

I sat Row CC last year (finally sat in all 4 levels!) and what they say is true...there is no bad seat in the house!
