Awwww, she really does seem happy to be back. I wish Instagram videos were just a teeeeeeny bit longer, but I get that's the point. LOL So neat to hear her talking/laughing about her health issues. She can admit it's not been fun and at the same time see the positive and giggle about it. Whether that's out of nervousness or not, not sure but it's fun to kinda see her coming back out of/to her old self again! :) :wub:

Me and my Gf ended argue last night. I showed to her RDMH last night 22nd, and told her about the high note she did. My Gf said she doesn’t like a singer with that kind of high note. She is more to low and middle note like jazz and soul kinda thing. Then I explained to her about Celine vocal technique and placement which for me, I understand and impress with high note. She said she doesnt have the interest for that, for her a true singer shouldn’t sing something higher like that, that it sounded screaming. She also doesnt get it why people love Mariah’s whistle, for her the singer should sing properly and not scream. Which she didnt understand about voice key. Then I stood with my opinion and I said this is singing. As note goes higher, the pitch is getting slimmer and that is why the voice sounded scream. But this is vocal technique and only a powerful singer can do it because it is hard to do. And she still didnt get it. I ended up frustrated to explain to her because she really didnt get it. Ahhahaha... then we watched Deadpool in cinema, both were kept silent. At the middle of the movie, then she took my hand and everything has settled down. Hahahaha

Not at all a fan of Mariah's whistle either but I sure as Hell cannot do it so I am not about to argue with someone who likes it.

OMGOMGOMG NIGHT and DAY difference between last night and tonight. WOW. SOOOOOOOO amazing. Emotionally and vocally very strong I think, though I have absolutely no doubt people will disagree with me and that's fine. But that REEEEEEEEEEEALLY moved me. Didn't hear the nerves/newness like last night. Wow!

Wow,she sounds great!

 

I have a love hate relationship with “Recovering “ because tho I’m not a huge fan of the song, boy does she SLAY it! She absolutely sounds stunning on “Recovering” :wub:

Definitely. I think the last two Instagram links Kristinaz has submitted were from tonight because Purple Rain did not sound nearly as good last night and i truly HATE to say that! Cannot thank Kristinaz enough for doing this for us when she does! Very very highly appreciated.

The orchestra and arrangement sounds really good but the background vocals kinda ruin the chorus. It should have that natural echo of Celine singing "out of ashes", repeating the melody, but it just doesn't sound right to me and the blending of voices sounds off again with they chime in with Celine towards the end of the chorus "out of ashes" again. I don't know if it's just me....
