And if they already know that she will be there till 2020 they wouldn't announce it now.

Probably into next year, and call it because of "high demand" she will do a few runs into 2020.

 

The hope she will spice things up this year or the next are gone.

Hopefully she will take a good break from Vegas and come back with a creative show there that she created.

Hi guys! :)

I started to plan my second trip to Vegas (after 2011) after finishing my diploma. So the perfect time for me would be something like march/april 2019.

My question is: When can I expect the announcement of the dates for this period (I hope there will be some shows :wacko:) ? I'm not a very patient person, you know :giggle:

I would say her birthday is always a safe bet. Céline said recently that she prefers to be on stage than spending her birthday on the phone.

I would say her birthday is always a safe bet. Céline said recently that she prefers to be on stage than spending her birthday on the phone.

So there will probably be a show on March 30, 2019 :-D

Thats too early for Celine. If on summer tour shes not normally back until September 20th

Based on the availability at the Colosseum, there’s a chance she will back August 28 (and run through September 15). I guess it all depends on when the album is released this year. Edited by brendanm999

For this year. They’ll likely announce it within 3 weeks of today. Edited by brendanm999

I was talking about next year haha. That and Celine the past two years returned post September 20th. She finishes August 14th, 14 days is too little time for Celine to prep and recover vocally. From what we have seen she needs 4 weeks atleast.

Yeah I agree, she’s probably taking more time of. On the other hand, with Céline we never know for sure... ;-)

And for next year, I’m really wondering too what her plans are!

He was with Cirque for 15 years, and performed in Franco Dragone's Le Reve as well. Last night he fell to his death during a performance of Volta.

No, but they typically announce it during a run of shows :)

Yes. We will see. It depends though because she may be busy doing promo later in the year and will have to shift the fall Vegas legs a little ahead of when they normally are. Most probably, I would bank on September 18th (thru Oct 6) or 25th (thru Oct 13) as the days that she would return. Edited by brendanm999

Yeah id bank on September 18th - Oct 6th. That seems about right.

 

She does around 12 shows over 18 days on average so id bank on something like that as its a good reference.

 

What im truly excited for is album songs being intergrated into the set list. I dont want a repeat of LMBTL where one song was added

Agreed. She has a great platform to promote the new album night after night. Promote the hell out of it by adding in AT LEAST 3-4 new songs from it!

Probably everyone interested to go see her on her B-day has already got their ticket, but I have an extra one which I am selling at face value (160$ - rear orchestra, row H, seat 18.)

 

Otherwise, any chance I can return it to the box office on the day (or the day before)?

I hardly ever wear dresses but I think I’ll wear one that night. Unless I buy something else while I’m over there that I prefer more ;)

I think 3-4 is the perf amount. Add a ballad after TT before ABM. Maybe do an acoustic version of a country like blues song. Add 2 uptempo songs during the uptempo section. And that would fill it out

Precisely. Ideally, I’d like to see her open her show with a new song, and give “I Surrender” a break for a bit.

Id actually love to open with TYLAM :) but new songs added for sure
