I don't really like her hair that way, it makes her look older, I think
As if she just showered and combed it straight. It gives her face a hard look and yes makes her look older. I do like the new golden mhwgo dress though. Still.would not pay to go see this show. Tour is so much more interesting! Even the stage itself is boring.

 

That lighthouse they had in Wetten Das - a new day has come. Vegas is perfect for these kind of stagedesign. Find themes that fit the show. I know the orchestra fills up most of the stage and does bring a lot but..still..it is Vegas and it needs more. Maybe some dancers and more effects like in mhwgo.....and more Celine in a show called Celine. Gone with the quand balance, mr boring, river deep..more interesting Celine songs please.

Heads up to everyone I'm not sure how much of my updates I will be able to do this week due to my aunt passing away the day before NYE so this week is her funeral and we've been working all day planning it as fast as possible. So I will be pretty busy helping the family in whatever way I can but I will still try to be here whenever there is a show but if it's a bit slower or if I don't stick around for as long as I normally do I just wanted everyone to know why.

I also wonder about Céline being on CNN with a freshly-showered look in front of millions of people, but looking perfect the next day in front of 4,000 people.

Does she do this on purpose, or was her hairdresser off for NYE? I hope that's The Reason...

That happens a lot it seems. When she has a major appearance, she "plays" with her look and it's not always successful. :-D

Lately she’s allergic to anything in the shape of a camera that is filming her, I would say...

Another update you guys! She hasn’t been touching as many people’s hands in the mosh pit because she’s recording her new English album and she doesn’t want to get sick. Also she’s recorded 4 songs and her violinist told me that one of her songs is so different than her usual ballads but he said it’s super funky and fun. She also rehearsed If You Asked Me To & Misled for the Vegas show but she changed her mind :-( let’s see if she’ll ever add them!!

No she’s recorded more than that but her violinist was telling my group of friends that he’s heard 4 of the songs from the album!

Maybe the reason is very simple: she just doesn't like it (it meaning the song, or its live performance).

I also found out that 2019 isn’t the last year of shows!! She still owes Caesars an extra year of shows!!! She might renew her contract too. I got my info from an inside source!!

She could just pay them back $$$$ instead!

I would be shocked if she didn’t renew. I think the best we can hope for is that she re-vamps the show in Vegas and finds a way to negotiate the ability to tour in the US which the current contract doesn’t allow.

Hmm, shorter time frame and less attendance for ~ $20 mill. difference. :mellow: Yes price of ticket makes a big difference.

Why is she so reluctant to add her material!? She says repeatedly that she has 18 million binders of her songs and loves everyone of them, surely some of that statement from her must be true. Soooooo frustrating! Yes like CSCfan stated maybe she just doesn't like them or like to perform them live. Who knows!

 

I wouldn't mind a funky song from her as long as it's not in the g r a i n y voice. :-D

One of her few top 5 hits in the USA (and her 1st #1 on AC charts I believe) and she has not sung it for the last 20 years.

I think it would fit perfectly in the Vegas show. :)

I don't think it's fair that she has to stay 1 more year(if it's true) because a family issue was brought up.
