SuperLove4Celine Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Curious as to what she's going to sing. So help me, if it's "The Show Must Go On" or "Over The Rainbow." Ugh. Quote
DionFanAlways Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 "Didn't Know Love" would be great! I think she's kind of limited honestly. I'm betting on TSMGO which is fine with me. 3 Quote I have had the time of my life following this woman! Much love.
québecflower Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Well, if she does actually show up live and on location, I'm looking forward to the Celine - Anna Kendrick meetup!both are so bizarre, it could be dangerous... Quote Plus qu'ailleurs , but now Si c'était à refaire , i still love tant de temps....
SuperLove4Celine Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 "Didn't Know Love" would be great! I think she's kind of limited honestly. I'm betting on TSMGO which is fine with me. I think this would be a perfect opportunity to do a stirring performance of "Rain, Tax (It's Inevitable) (The H&R Block Remix containing elements of Phil Collins' 'I Wish It Would Rain Down' feat. Curren$y)." 2 Quote

celine4evauk Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 I don't care what song she sings, as long as it's live. Great Celine's taking part 😀 Quote
Tyler1991 Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Lcmm/rdmh fits in with this show message much more than tsmgo, unfortunately 1 Quote

Nmj Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 I think it will be TSMGO yet again. The message is how Celine said Renè viewed things after his cancer was back and progressing, " ILL FACE IT WITH A GRIN, IM NEVER GIVING IN....OOON WITH THE SHOW" . The song was actually written by Freddie Mercury of Queen when he knew had had contracted HIV AIDS . Quote

Freddie didn't take part in composing it Quote
sfbaysinger Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 Totally off topic, but fascinating history on the song, the show must go on. I bet that's what she'll do, my second bet would be somewhere over the rainbow, third would be the love can move mountains, river deep mountain high medley. I would so <3 if she did any version of Thank You, but that's not gonna happen. And I agree, Didn't Know Love would be amaaaaaazing here also but again, not gonna happen. I personally don't care if it's live on location or pre-recorded, I just think it's awesome she has been invited. She doesn't, in the past, get asked to be part of things like this, so to see the media etc. asking her to join things is sooooooooooo cool!!! 1 Quote L'immensite de mon amour pour Celine! L'amour existe encore pour elle!

binsk Posted August 26, 2016 Posted August 26, 2016 Does anyone else think she could perform Recovering seeing as how she just recorded it and it would fit so perfectly? 1 Quote -RK
Tyler1991 Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 (edited) I'm still pretty dead set on it being lcmm. She loves doing this song at random promo events. Her 1999 special, the 97 unicef gala, 1998 oprah show, the today show 2003. Walmart shareholders 2012, wma 2004, live 8 2005, the voice 2013, every show ever since 1992... I mean, it's been a minute since she's performed this song for no reason when there could've been a better choice. I'd say that means were due for an lcmm performance and if the show is supposed to have a positive message it even would fit well in line with the show. I could see somewhere over the rainbow happening, but show must go on seems VERY far fetched. That is not at all the setting for this song. Think we shold keep in mind it's not really a "loud" kinda show. Edited August 27, 2016 by Tyler1991 Quote
