On another side, I don't think it will be a ballad -though everything is possible-, P!nk's style is aggressive and rebel, and that's what I find most interesting about her writing a song for Céline

I mean she can write Céline a song about mourning René and still be the greatest edgy and rebellious song you've ever heard of her

Exactly and just the way Celine said "get ready" makes me think it's edgy (well what I wanted to read into her "get ready" )

have to say i wasn't a fan of P!nk at all... only know few songs of hers

i think mainly because of her image, but after her funhouse album , her image starts to get better and better and now i like her alot as a person

and her songs r very good too!! especially her truth about love album!! love it but too bad i actually missed out the tour here.......

The only thing is that surely it'd be far too soon before album release for her to debut it? A year before? I can't see us getting the English album as a surprise this year

Depends whether Aldo is trying to raise her profile before the English album..... It wouldn't be a bad move

 

We keep acting like there is one strategy and one strategy alone when handling celines career. Aldo has done most things differently so far..... Who knows

I love P!nk and she is a great songwriter. I like most of her material. What I don't like though is that fact that the title "Recovering" is a little bit too literal for the subject. But I'll wait and see/hear the result. This is pretty exciting.

If Celine tells me to "get ready" for it with such fervor then I'm excited! Honestly I think we are far away from hearing it and we'll just have to wait and see.

If they plan to release the album in 2017 they will probably follow same strategy, so November 2017 to benefit from Xmas sales, that is almost 1 year and half from now, by that time this song will be almost two years old and that's the problem with some songs on Celine's latest albums, they sound a bit dated when the album is released, probably because they were recorded more than a year before. Don't know what their plans are, but November 2017 will be too late...

I'd never call this good songwriting... It's so predictable and dated. I hope Pink did way better than that for Celine.

I'm hoping that, since Aldo has been handling things quite differently than Rene, the album has a chance of coming out in the spring or summer of 2017. Fingers crossed!

Thats why a xmas album would make perfect sense. Cause she can still focus and milk the French album all fall and winter, but during xmas time (which is kinda short) she is promoting those xmas songs for the non-French speakers. Its like a little side treat for them, while the French album is being promoted... Until she releases an English album in 2017.

That's been the trouble lately with celine... Her team haven't created any anticipation for her English albums.... People need to be aware and be waiting for a new album generally .... At least celine's public

I really hope it's something like "Try". This is by far my favourite Pink song.

It can be midtempo, it's doesn't neet to be a ballad.
