Omg that was beautiful!!!! And talk about a surprise!!! I think her mic was really low though. The backup vocalist was louder then her at times. It would be lovely to have an HQ version of that. Does anyone know who sang that first?

Yes I agree her mic was low. You heard the others more than her. Still it was a lovely surprise.

Nice try from her team. The sound quality wasn't there which for Celine it's pretty much the most essential thing. I'm hoping the song will be released soon... like now.

I'd really love if they released it as a single but I'm not sure if they can because of copyright and all that you know, but since they did it live, who knows? I hope somebody can remaster it and pull her voice out more!

Honestly I wonder if there was a last minute glitch. The cord might have come unplugged or the mic might have gone dead. Regardless though, what I could hear was just beautiful.

YES!

 

While I would love an entirely new holiday album from Celine, it would be fantastic if she released this as a holiday single NOW! I would love, love, love to hear a high quality studio version!

Why do I get the feeling if it were Mariah, Britney, etc. who had done something this sloppy, they would get pummeled to death on here? However, Celine is getting a pass - again. One year ago we never would've dreamed to get something as impromptu as this.

 

People complain when she tries to be "too perfect" and uses playback... then when she doesn't use playback and the voice is gritty, she's "tired," then we get a sweet, personal performance like tonight and fans call it a "sad commentary"... Sometimes this forum can be a "sad commentary" on the lack of support for Céline.

I just want to know who the backup vocalist was. She's not only so gorgeous but her Voice is amazing! I'd love someone like that as her backup singer onstage!

Yet another slow song that goes nowhere from start to finish.

 

A nice surprise for her team to do this kind of thing, but it could have been better executed.

100% agree! I love the risks she's been taking and the new things that the team is trying. Maybe they're late adopters but I'm glad they're finally getting on board with social media and exclusive content!!

It was a lovely surprise. . but all the instruments and backup vocals were so much louder than her that I could hardly hear her voice :(

 

Love the dress too .. another black dress with colorful flowers. She's worn that theme several times since Rene died . . .
