I don't think it's going to be a sad album, despite what she is going through she is very positive in the Vegas show, and her philosophy right now seems to be "don't think about the future or the past, just enjoy today, we got the ticket to ride so live, let's go...!". Just look how she sings I'm alive!!!! So, I think that probably there will be some sad songs but in the end the album will have a positive message!!

I'm sure that there will be a new photoshoot and a good promotion, remember the press conference where they revealed they want to relaunch and refresh Celine's image and career. I'm sure Aldo will do a good work like he did with the Vegas show!

Let's hope this one will do the same thing for her (the only thing SA had missing... a #1 hit in France... even if PAMP had outstanding longevity on the french charts (51 weeks) making it one of her biggest hits ever over there - 24.5 million views on youtube!)

Now that I think about it, "Et je t'aime encore..." must have been originally written as a followup to "pour que tu m'aimes encore". Funny I've known this song for 12 years and only now I think about that. I guess the music video and promo were mediocre.

And to be a bit more correct , TLDH reached 3. Celine had 4 no 1's in France. PQTME, JSP, MHWGO and ESNRQ. but what matters is that she still hits the top 40! One of the last countries where the radio isn't boycotting her. So hopefully the new single will be received well.

 

 

I dunno if I agree with EJTAE being an follow up to PQTME. But I do agree that the video was HORRIBLE. plus it's really weird/typicial that Celine only sang EJTAE in Vegas... never once in a French languaged country...

 

 

Oh I didn't know it's not on vevo. I suppose in hindsight they didn't like showing celine like she's terminal ill

I think we could consider a song "S'il suffisait d'aimer" one of her biggest french classics even it didn't reach no.1 position on the charts, while "Et s'il n'en restait qu'une" , which topped the charts in France, got forgotten with the time. Or maybe I'm wrong. I can only say from a perspective of a fan who doesn't live in a francophone country. Some songs stay and some disappear with the time.

I love SISDA but that "spontaneous" applause moment that was spontaneous during the TCWT tour but is now just a gimmick, is ruining the song for me now. So either they ll have to take this moment out of the show. Or just give the song a rest for a while.

Okay i feel quite stupid because i never saw that video from Et J etaime Encore...indeed this is the kind of song that pictures the video in your head. Something dramatic about a father who left work and said goodbye to his children and his wife. Then he unfortunately gets a terrible accident and we see his life going like a video through his mind. Everything he accomplished and all the sad and happy things that happened.. i always pictured it like this - but what did we get instead?

 

 

Celine with a very bad hairday and random people that are zoomed in and out...it just does not match with this emotional and beauiful song..

I think a good videoproducer who has a good vision is important. These random faces..we have seen it before hope better creative people will be hired to do the job!

 

 

Btw. How amazing would it be if she sang this song live this year!

I'll just be glad to get new celine music, hopefully it's on SSDA, D'Eux level as much as I love the other French albums...emotional songs, uptempo like some of the recent French songs from recent French albums, somes folksy type songs....mostly just songs from the heart with great meaning for Celine, I have faith in Aldo and Celine...

 

How spoil the we will be other the next couple years with an English album in 2017, plus I'm going to see her in June ☺️

I was thinking that maybe Aldo posted that picture on Instagram and deleted it shortly after just to know how the fans would react to Ma Faille being the album's name and to the fact of using an old picture. It makes sense to me 'cause her team counts on the fans' opinion much more since he's the manager.

That's exactly what I was thinking. He was seeing what the fans care about. Personally, while I don't like it... It wouldn't be a deal breaker not to have a new photoshoot. I care more about the music. And we have new photos from Vegas... So yeah.

Aldo Giampaolo, le nouveau manager de Céline Dion, a annoncé la sortie de "Ma faille" le 25 mars 2016, avant de supprimer sa publication. Pour les fans, il s'agit du nouveau single signé Zaho. Sauf que le premier single devait être signé Jean-Jacques Goldman...

Erreur de communication ou stratégie marketing ? Aldo Giampaolo, le nouveau manager de Céline Dion, a posté un titre et une date de sortie sur son compte Instagram, avant de tout supprimer quelques secondes plus tard. Sauf que les fans ont eu le temps de faire des captures d'écran et d'annoncer la grande nouvelle sur les différents sites qui vouent un culte quotidien à l'interprète de "My Heart Will Go On". Pour eux, il s'agirait du nouveau single de leur idole. La publication montrait une photo de Céline Dion en noir et blanc, une rose dans les mains, avec les inscriptions "Ma faille" et "Sortie mondiale le 25 mars". En effet, des rumeurs avaient fait état de ce titre comme signé par Zaho, qui co-réalisera le nouvel album de Céline Dion.

Quid du single signé Goldman ?

La photo n'apparaît donc plus sur le compte Instagram d'Aldo Giampaolo mais les fans se réjouissent à l'idée de pouvoir à nouveau vibrer au son de la voix de Céline Dion, dont le dernier album en français remonte à "Sans attendre", paru en novembre 2012 et écoulé à 750.000 exemplaires. Mais ils sont également troublés puisque France Bleu avait annoncé un premier single « sublime » et « magique » écrit par Jean-Jacques Goldman. Car les deux complices se retrouveront sur ce disque, d'autant plus très attendu. Et si "Ma faille" était finalement le titre de l'album ?

Somethings tells me new song from JJG is about them. Maybe some kind of goodbye song on very universal level so many people can relate to it. Not necessary sad song. They must have known how long they had... I wonder.
