Well, I haven’t seen the video in 20 years so that may be the reason. I know she sings Celine Dion all the time, but she's never said in interviews that she looked up to her, until now. This was in the days before streaming video was accessible for most people; sadly, this website was actually really convenient, but normally you had to connect on p2p platforms to download every video you wanted to see -which could take hours or even days depending on your internet connection. Basically, you had to “know somebody” who would be online at the same time to share them with you. Anyway, I highly suspect this clip came from that website. There *are* people out there who have rare television performances and tour footage (and private performances, I’m sure) who just haven’t taken the time to share them, or they’re making people pay for them. (Side note: I do remember corresponding with a Canadian guy named Hal who was selling VHS/DVDs of basically any Céline performance you could imagine at that time. He had a massive catalogue to choose from; but since I was still in high school, I couldn’t afford to spend much money, so I only bought the complete/international version of the Millenium Concert on VHS [which I still have! lol]) Quote
