I find it very strange that her music videos of Courage era are so lame when her commercials are fantastic (colors!). Oh and talking about courage, I wish she has more courage to sing more songs from Courage in Courage World Tour, other than Imperfections and Courage. 2 Quote

Squall Posted January 31, 2020 at 03:44 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 03:44 PM It would have been wise to release this "documentary" (it's not a documentary) right after her last show ended in Vegas to prep people for the upcoming album. And release it for free on YouTube so that everybody can watch it. The video is nothing. Just Celine wandering around like a crazy person doing her stereotypical hand gestures and saying the same things she has said in a hundred interviews. Watching it this long after the album's release seems very pointless. But if they released it before the release, it would have generated some excitement. Too bad the album came out and it feels like it doesn't even exist. Justin Bieber's new song has 133 million views on YouTube and it came out 3 weeks ago. Celine's "Courage" has 4.4 million views and it came out 4 months ago. I mean... She talks in the "documentary" about working with different writers and producers. How about working with some that will help make hits? 4 Quote
CelineDionFreak Posted January 31, 2020 at 04:04 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 04:04 PM Am I the only one who actually likes this documentary? She was very authentic, very raw. I give her props for that, it’s got to be hard to admit that. She spoke from the heart, and I love the parts where she tells her story. About the hand movements and the wandering about the house, that’s the Celine we all know and love. She’s always a little flamboyant. I love this documentary so much! At least we got something, y’all. We could’ve been left without it but I appreciate she took the time required to film this. She could’ve said no and just left us without it. 2 Quote I didn't know love until they loved me back to life because somebody loves somebody!Le temps qui compte pour Celine est maintenant!

Ajax Posted January 31, 2020 at 04:15 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 04:15 PM She talks in the "documentary" about working with different writers and producers. How about working with some that will help make hits? Hum OK streaming didn't exist at this time, but basically Bieber, Swift, Katy Perry's number are maybe even lower in comparison to what was doing Celine at the same age. Please question those same people when they will have Celine's age that's ridiculous. Having here and there Lauv, Sia, LP, Sam Smith, Aoki, Skylar, Eg White, David Guetta, The Stereotypes... She couldn't ask for more in term of potential hit songs. But not only, as most of those people also have quite a solid artistic credibility in the POP universe. This time for Celine is purely over whatever the producer/songwritters. This is it. 2 Quote

CelinesDIVO5 Posted January 31, 2020 at 05:46 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 05:46 PM Sure, I get it, but 7 minutes it's hardly anything, and there was nothing we hadn't heard before there. It's not like this will gain much interest from the general public. If they want to go for an exclusive thing, at least make it recording sessions, or a full documentary. Make it worth it. This, they could have posted on Twitter. It will generate interest from general public because they aren’t the ones who follow her every move like we do. 1 Quote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PL54qnRGM2gMatthew Charles - "Fix You" - Live at The Stonewall InnStonewall Sensation - Season 15Originally written and performed by Coldplay

Ajax Posted January 31, 2020 at 06:08 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 06:08 PM I loved the trailer. For sure it is teasing something else. The way they upgraded their artistry in general since a few years is amazing. The quality of the video is everything. It even has a Kubrick vibe for me. It’s weird, classy and thorough. Of course we hear nothing new, but I take it as a trailer and honestly the work and artistry on this video is very good. 4 Quote
CelineDionFreak Posted January 31, 2020 at 06:27 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 06:27 PM If the rumor is true about Play Me Like a Love Song (or whatever it’s called) is really true, I could see them launching a new wave of promo. The album sold particularly well with little to no “blast” promo. She had a lot of one-off appearances but it wasn’t the usual promo train we’ve known in the past. I also get the feeling they just needed to get it out by the end of the decade, so maybe they are starting now with the promo train, and maybe it got rescheduled. She rented out the mansion in NYC, and now we know she filmed more then that IG shopping thing, so I’m genuinely curious to see what’s coming! 3 Quote I didn't know love until they loved me back to life because somebody loves somebody!Le temps qui compte pour Celine est maintenant!

superstar85ca Posted January 31, 2020 at 09:39 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 09:39 PM Question- Does anyone think that maybe celine is not as confident in her voice as she used to be and maybe that's why shes not singing new songs from the album in her tour? Like when she sang "Loved me back to life" live on a few appearances and it was very pitchy - could it be that there is so much production and editing on the album that she doesnt feel she can recreate a good live version of the new songs? This is a genuine question- not a statement. But it did cross my mind. I know she also feels she needs to do her hits but there is nothing from the Courage album in a tour that is called Courage. So I'm baffled! What do u guys think? 1 Quote

duri Posted January 31, 2020 at 09:47 PM Posted January 31, 2020 at 09:47 PM With Laying down same as with LMBTL it could be reason its hard for her singing them live but in Courage album there is enough songs witch are not difficult sing live for her. I think reason is she doesnt believe in those new songs enough even if she is talking oposite. Quote http://www.supermusic.sk/obrazky/80543_Celine%209.jpg

Popular Post drove all night Posted January 31, 2020 at 10:18 PM Popular Post Posted January 31, 2020 at 10:18 PM (edited) Somehow the window with a view of an inner courtyard, where Céline pulls the curtain away ind todays teaser to the Apple-Music-documentary "Behind Céline Dion's Courage", seemed damn familiar to me. And I found the location! It is the "Ziegler House" in NYC, 20 blocks South at 2 East 63rd Street (http://www.iamnotast...the-city-movie/), where a part of the first "Sex and the City" feature film was filmed. For those who know the film, it's Carrie and Mr. Big's penthouse: "OMG, I have died and gone to real estate heaven. Just a simple home for two. [...] Hello! - I live here . " (Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vt6WIP-CGB4) The lighting fixtures on the walls and the door buckle are a little different (no wonder, 13 years have passed since "Sex and the City"-movie production), but the stucco is identical! It is ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that they shot the "apple" documentary there! Here you can find more photos of the interior of this four-story absolute dream house, which was built in 1921 by William Ziegler, Jr. (heir to the "Royal Baking Powder Company"):http://academymansio...emy_mansion_nyc Edited January 31, 2020 at 10:30 PM by drove all night 8 Quote
