Well, since it was leaked. I heard the songs lol. Well, I already bought it on iTunes + streaming on Apple Music anyways so..

 

My favorites are:

 

- Lying Down

- Courage

- Imperfections

- Change My Mind (That High note but i wish they put effects on that note to oomph the resonance. Sounds raw)

- Say Yes (relaxing for me )

- The Chase (This will fit for a soundtrack movie)

- Baby (i love it)

- I Will Be Stronger (I like the one who produced céline's vocals here.. Sounds TC era perfect balance)

- How Did You Get Here (My favorite in this album)

- Look At Us Now

- FOMO

- Perfect Goodbye

 

Better than Loved Me Back To Life Album obviously and It's my least played album of hers.. Now, i can move on to Taking Chances Album. This is now my favorite modern album of hers since Taking Chances & One Heart. Some songs in this album, her vocal eq are too high (treble like the one in LMBTL Album) and some are well balanced like in TC album Warmer side. So, this album has a combination of Bright & Warm vocals. I prefer the warmer vocals.

 

Can't wait for the 4 songs in the deluxe version and I hope it will not leak. Come on! 12 days to go!!

[Taking Chances]

I don't like the Sam Smith song. I expected a lot. Sounds like a demo and she's like eating her words

 

I caved in and listen to the album and about that Sam Smith song...

 

 

I didn't like it at all and it's probably the worst song on the album.

 

And I really don't like the whole "throat singing" that's going on. Maybe it'll grow on me.

Albums/TV shows/Movies leak all the time. It’s not the freaking end of the world. Yes, it’s technically illegal. So is jaywalking. So is drinking before you’re 21. So is smoking marijuana. All of these things get done all the time. Not to mention all the cheating on taxes, our politicians illegally using money for their personal use, etc. Let’s all take a step back and just breathe. Broadway shows are filmed and are leaked onto YouTube. Understudies and replacement casts actually use them to study the show before going on. I also wouldn’t be surprised if someone on Celine’s team was the one who “leaked” the album in order to get a buzz going about the album.

 

If you don’t want to listen to it - fine. But don’t shame other people for doing it. It’s their business. Unless you’ve never done anything illegal in your entire life or told a lie, etc....it’s a “let he without sin cast the first stone” situation.

 

Also, sorry but I won’t be streaming the album when it’s released. I don’t stream. I buy art so that I own it. Corporations have done a great job of convincing people that instead of owning art, we should just give them money on a monthly basis to stream whatever they happen to pay for the rights to stream. And if they lose those rights, too bad -it’s gone. No more for you!

 

I’m usually listening to music as I’m out about between clients and by streaming, I’d be using my data. It’s free to just pay the money for the album and listen to it in my iTunes. I really don’t “get” the big deal about streaming.

Plus, it was written by LP who is one of the coolest out there.

 

I can already picture the music video with rings of fire. Please Team Céline don't waste this opportunity!

To me not even Taking Chances, Loved Me Back To Life, One Heart, A New Day Has Come Era....

 

A brand new diva is gonna born on 15 Nov 2019 for sure....

 

If courage world tour set list replace with all the songs from this album is gonna be a brand new Celine tour ever.

 

For the first time the last song on the album sounded awesome and spectacular instead of some sort of lullaby ish closing song to the album.

 

Definitely 15/15 or maybe 20/15, Celine make the new genre of R&B in this album
