I've been thinking about Sony's strategy so far...

I love how multiple songs were released.

I love all the songs for different reasons.

This strategy makes sense to me because she promoted the heck out of LMBTL and the song just didn't do well here in the US.

They've done a solid job generating buzz and I imagine they've got more tricks up their sleeves.

But I do find myself wanting one of these songs to really catch fire and be a recognizable single for the album.

In the comments of COURAGE on YouTube, for instance, people are flooding the comments with how they fell in love with this song when she sang it live. They talk about how it took their breath away / made them cry. So then they went home and listened to the song / bought the song.

 

I guess I just don't know which song is supposed to be THE song / THE single. It's a weird feeling.

Celine treats “Lying Down” as the single.

Almost 7 years since her last English album, I think three more weeks won’t kill anyone!

I hate fall releases so I was hoping for a spring or summer release anyhow, she only sings two of the album songs on her tour so I don’t know what’s the hurry lol. Now I worry the album won’t get any attention because she’s busy on Tour, I would’ve rather got the album Before or after this tour.

Just looking at Celine's current tour schedule so her last concert before the album comes out is the 5th resuming on the 18th. I really can't see her doing much promotion for the album she will do a bit in the US but can't see her coming to Europe at all.

She won’t. She had already done a lot of the promo after her Vegas run ended and in Montréal. She’ll be returning to LV (and maybe LA) and will probably do a bit promo, but not much
