Because of the contract?

 

I really want to know more about that contract, and how their whole relationship is between Sony and Celine.

 

When she was in NYC they seem to love her, but decision wise it always seems they have no clue what they want to do with her.

Guess we will never know more in depth details about the when's and why's unfortunately.

 

I think if she would release her albums under her own company we see some different things as well.

 

 

 

Okay, she's done with music (I'm following your approach here), so why doing these things halfway now, if she's no longer interested in them? I mean, releasing new albums, performing etc. For money? Because she feels she owe it to all the people that works for her? I don't get it.

It’s her job. Just like you and I have a job. It’s been her only job since she was little. It’s how she makes a living. How she earns money. How she supports her (incredibly large) family. It’s how how she can afford all the shoes and dresses and other things that she wants. That ET interview made it very clear, as she said, she doesn’t borrow anything. If she likes it, she wants to own it. She needs money for that.

 

She also knows she has fans who like to hear her sing. So she still records music - she just doesn’t care about how polished the production is anymore. So she still performs live - she just knows that she doesn’t have to vary her setlist in order to get the fans to show up. We’re just happy to be in her presence and experience her performing.

That's right she lives on the most expensive way of living and the music field is important

there she gladly still make the big bucks (Not from fashion, not at this stage, not from dark Celinununu).

 

As for the motivation that has been discussed here a lot,

Imo even if she will have around the most open minded, creative team

for her musical career - that won't help, if the drive doesn't come from her

and it just normal and understable what happened to her drive when it

comes to handling her music career.

 

I bet if she will go to perform in countries she has never been to (My country )

the masses will still go to see her, even if she doesn't put out records anymore

Though I think its sad that people here don't know nothing about last English albums (After AND)

and she is always remembered only for MHWGO. That sucks.

I will be very glad if she will have the addictive-hearing songs, once again.

 

Recording and going on a Tour are ones of the most demanding things

from all aspects, but it's her job, she is still in it, so I wish the approach

for her musical career will be handled with respect and better toward the people

that love to hear her and go to her shows. That's the basic you know.

She is not in the end of her career,

this year made it to look like that.

 

On a side note, after 3 years, she still seems to me to be heart broken

and having her own struggling going on.

I wish her to find peace of mind and happiness.

2 or 3 artists in the last couple days I’ve noticed have released new songs or teasers of songs and said “album coming in November”, so it’s not super unusual for us not to have another single as of yet it album release date. One artists released snippet and said new album coming Nov 3 so that’s about a month and a half ahead of time - hoping to hear something soon!

It seems that until this very moment Sony is lost about the direction of her album

no wonder why it takes 6 years to create one

I won't be surprised if second single is actually one from those she is going to sing

in these upcoming shows. This lame approach by Sony can be also to check if of shows before album is out

will work for her. That the most lamest thing to do imo.

Don’t worry I’m sure she will carry on with her hotel fashion show antics any day now and there will be photos and videos galore from her social media of that... why would they need to post backstage album or tour teasers, she has nothing to promote...!!! Oh wait?!? Lol

I don’t think Ashes will be included in the album.

Flying on my Own.... it will probably be in the album, but if it comes out in November, i feel it shouldn’t be included.

I'm sorry but, tour cast aside, why should we have a first ( or 2sd, 3rd, 4th... if Recovering, Ashes, FOMO or whatever is on the album) single now?

 

"Loved me back to life" (song) was released around this time ...and we saw the outcome.

 

It would be even worse this time around : FOMO lifetime was 1 week. Especially since she starts her tour in 9 days , she won't do any promo right now.

 

Can you imagine releasing the 1st single now , dissapearing after 2 weeks and the album only out in 2 months?

 

Sorry but for once, they are doing the right thing based on mistakes from the past.

There is still at least 2 months before the album release. So there is plenty of time to release a new single!!

Has Adele released her new single yet? No, so calm down and stop patronizing everybody who is not panicking like you do.
