Albums for sure, are generally slated for Friday releases. Idk about anyone else, but I miss new music Tuesdays. It broke up the week. We already look forward to Fridays. It was nice to have something on a Tuesday to make us feel better about being so far away from the weekend lol. It literally sounds as if they waited until the day after Rene passed and said “this is perfect, get Celine in to record”. Albums always Fridays. Singles usually Fridays, but these days artist also release their singles on Thursday or sometimes even Wednesday. The reason is that it creates a bigger hype (especially the bigger artists do this) .
