CSCfan Posted April 2, 2019 at 07:25 PM Posted April 2, 2019 at 07:25 PM Well this is interesting: "I've always loved gospel music a lot. I will never forget when I got married I went to the Fiji island, and there was a little church there. And I have never seen and experienced anything like that in my whole life. They did not sing, they did not saaang either. They gave us a feeling of something stronger than us. They did not use their vocal chords. They were connected, and we were watching and listening. And at one point it was so powerful that I was like, This is not singing. This is something so spiritual. At that point in my life something clicked and switched, because I did not grow up singing in church. But since then I felt that my inner soul became connected with something stronger than me, and I will never forget that sound, that power, that commitment, that connection. Everybody was gone and I was stuck to my seat. And I became very, very spiritual, and I started to practice that more and more. Gospel is not a type like country, rock n' roll, or rap. It's an emotion so you cannot describe this as a type of music to me. Gospel music is not about trying to make notes perfect. It's to feel it." https://www.buzzfeed...swoman-campaign The article also has the excerpt Liz Plank included in her article for InStyle on Saturday, and referred to it as something she said at a recent event. What I gather, is they called in a bunch of these journalists in for a joint interview a few weeks ago, and each of them is dropping some new and different tidbits based on their personal takeaways.Good way to "kill several birds with one stone" - lots of coverage, but all a bit different. Very interesting indeed! And for the "doom thinkers": But I have a new album coming out. You think I'm done? Bye-bye! I'm just starting. I'm going on tour as well!" 1 Quote »»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»»» MATHIAS ««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««««https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzPrxI0AIDY
maki_Dion-er Posted April 2, 2019 at 07:47 PM Posted April 2, 2019 at 07:47 PM (edited) Loving all the interviews. She's just getting started, love it. Gotta say I never thought I'd read a quote of Celine saying "saaang". She's really on top of things huh. Lol. I have a feeling we will get a music video/single either tomorrow or Thursday. I'm probably very wrong but I feel it's coming. Edited April 2, 2019 at 07:49 PM by maki_Dion-er 5 Quote
fred Posted April 2, 2019 at 09:06 PM Posted April 2, 2019 at 09:06 PM The only thing I dislike is the release date of the new album. "This fall"?????????Agreed!! We must have like three singles before then! 1 Quote Peace and love to all.
maki_Dion-er Posted April 2, 2019 at 10:16 PM Posted April 2, 2019 at 10:16 PM In these new interviews she been talking a lot about her love of dancing and taking ballet lessons. What are the odds of her dancing in her next music video? I'd like that. 4 Quote

weasley321 Posted April 3, 2019 at 06:09 AM Posted April 3, 2019 at 06:09 AM So I found this old tweet about someone tried to guess the song title based on the piece of paper from the recording studio. Turns out he/she was right. But if it was right, since it was 2017, I'm worried the song will sound dated. Quote
Moleque20 Posted April 3, 2019 at 07:01 AM Posted April 3, 2019 at 07:01 AM So we are gonna have a collection of recorded songs of 2017, 2018 and maybe 2019? Please, no!!! 2 Quote Les étoiles tombent une à une. Mes émois sont de saturne.

This album will be on Celine’s terms — a collage of her feelings and emotions since Rene passed away. I’d rather a well thought out, well done album than a quickly produced record all from just this year. With that said — it’d be so big if Adele 8 Quote
Moleque20 Posted April 3, 2019 at 08:08 AM Posted April 3, 2019 at 08:08 AM A collection means that Recovering and Ashes may also be included. Based on the trend that the albums contain mostly 12-14 songs, we have then 10-12 tracks that are new to us! Plus, we are talking about Celine, she loves covers, hence the number of new and fresh songs diminishes. Quote Les étoiles tombent une à une. Mes émois sont de saturne.

This album will be entirely on Celine’s terms — a collage of her feelings and emotions since Rene passed away. I’d rather a well thought out, well done album that Celine & her team crafted carefully than a quickly produced record all from just this year. With that said — it’d be so great if Adele appeared on this album! One big duet would be divine. She was spotted going into a recording studio recently. 2 Quote

I don't see "Ashes" as album material, but "Recovering" should definetly open the album (maybe with a new arrangement). Plus, I think "You're The Voice" will be included as well. BTW, many artists work on their album for more than a year, so I see no problems in including tracks recorded in 2017. 1 Quote The Celine Dion Italian fanbase - CelineDionItalia.com

Well, I agree about 'Ashes', but I disagree about 'Recovering'. New arrangements or not, this track is now history. She can perform it during the tour and include the new arrangements in the live version. 1 Quote Les étoiles tombent une à une. Mes émois sont de saturne.

They could’ve literally just released the live recording from the premiere in 2015 with some editing and called it a studio version. Just imagine if they'd managed to get Brian May to play the guitar part. I can dream... 5 Quote http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lsg43qJH1b1qa4phqo1_400.jpg
