They are still looking for songs. Looks like we are not getting the album anytime soon. I'm tired.

I don't want this album to become another LMBTL. Better release a double album with 2 discs, one ballad and one uptempo. I would really love an English version of EUS on it!

 

Back in early September of 2016, French channel BFMTV gave the exclusive that Céline was working on an English version of the song. However, they didn't mention if she would include it on her next anglophone record...

Well the twitter account has 7 followers which is a pretty clear sign that it’s not so credible. Additionally, of those 7 followers none are verified, and they all have few very few followers and poor credentials. It seems as though they may be looking for songs to pitch, but I would only take it as a grain of salt at most as for the status of the album. I think March would be the smartest time to release the album, and for Celine to debut the first single in February at the Grammys.

Well, I think it is now safe to say that the album will not be a suprise-2018-release! I don't think we will even get a new song! I hope they do a great job at the studios and that they will give us fresh material. Some brandnew songs. Not even Ashes!

I hope they keep “Ashes” off the album to be honest. I’m sure they’ll include it but by the time this album is out, it’ll most likely be a 2 year old song.

It will be nominated for 3 Oscars, 7 Grammies, 2 Nobel prizes (literatre and peace) and for million of other awards!

I couldn't care less about Ashes and any nomination it may get at this point, and I really hope it's not in the album since it is only fair we do get all brand new songs at this point.

 

Ashes is just a run-of-the-mill song in her vast catalog. It's only the hunger for new Céline Dion music that got some of you love and appreciate this so much, but they can do it soooooo much better with the song selection!

grammy or no grammy, it will be on the album, just as recovering and how does a moment last forever and maybe even the show must go on. Only thing i then hope that is that this album will contain 17 songs, not the regular 11 songs - way too less

I'll literally vomit if that hideous released version of TSMGO is on the album. It is the most awfully produced and biggest disappointment. No way could she have listened to that and said 'yep, sounds good' before it was released. Hideous.

I actually genuinely love “Ashes.” It means a lot to me as I was going through a breakup at the time it came out. It has nothing to do with (at least for me) the wait for Celine’s next album. I actually am in the minority of those who haven’t complained about it not being released yet.

It updated her sound but still sounds like Céline.

It would be pretty absurd to not have it on the album (why would they not? It's the biggest song she's had in a while)
