Amazing! It’s all over industry press at the moment. And this is one of the largest theaters on Broadway, too! Wow, so happy for the team. The silly little show that could.

Yup! Marla’s back!

Also, with the show going on Broadway, it should technically be Tony-eligible.

Would be awesome if now Celine will attend the show.

But guess she rather goes into some lockerroom to great hockeyplayers.

How many more seats does Broadway have than off-Broadway? Since I heard that was the only real distinction between them.

I wonder if they will re-write some stuff.

the St. James theater (where the production will be) has 1.710 seats...

idk why I imagine Celine would've preferred to see it in the more intimate, small setting. I feel like if she was going to see it, she would've already seen it...but happy to be wrong :)

Let’s not hold our breath, I hope Celine’s okay at this point we haven’t seen her out and about in a minute now, it seems her appearances have grown more and more infrequent. The last appearance was now at the Paul McCartney concert months ago.

yeah i feel you, but when we do see her, she seems to be doing/looking well. of course we would only see her when she is doing well, so that's kind of a catch-22.

there was a rumour that she live nation has penciled her in for at least one concert in 2026 -- but i can't say the level of credibility that has.

Yeah it’s made up BS I wish was true but Celine is signed with AEG and her manager John is also the VP of AEG so it’s doubtful that Live Nation would even know. However, Live Nation runs the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in the last few years, so maybe someone just assumed this and made up the rumor; but that’s the giveaway it’s false.

A fan took a screenshot of some possible insider "breaking the news" about the rumour...I didn't save it, it might've said AEG but yeah you're right if it said Live Nation then it must be false.

I guess Irene Taylor is the one we should ask about what Celine is up to giggle.gif

So which songs would Deborah be singing in the show?

basically the majority with the rest of the cast, since the show has a lot of ensemble numbers...

and Tell Him as a duet with Rose...

and All By Myself as a solo (one of the highlights of the show)

Deborah will probably sound very good. It's amazing how much she has preserved her voice. And she said she learned a lot about that (or the value of it) when she was with Celine.

I imagine the cast will be on the interview shows at some point if they haven't been already

Previews for Titanique on Broadway started today with opening night on April 12th. (There’s also a performance on the anniversary of the Titanic sinking too). I wonder if Celine will attend this run of shows!
